  I set up a new account to where I was moving to back in June *********************************************************************************************************************** recycling bins So our trash and recycling is together in a trash bag I called multiple times about the trash cans and recycling bin The young girl at the office is extremely rude and keeps making excuses due to lack of employees. Lack of employees is not my problem I want my trash bin and recycling bin as promised. When you have a business customer service is very important to have a successful business. I want this solved

  We moved to a new address recently, canceled service at our old address and told them we had a bulk pick up at the old address. They asked what it was and were told 2 mattresses. After the pickup we got a bill for "extra bulk item" we called and told them we were never told about the extra charge. They were VERY rude and basically said so sad too bad! Furthermore they wanted us to transport our old container to the new address because they dont have any and have "no idea" when they are getting more.

  You were charged $10.00 for a second bulk item. You were aware only one bulk item per month is free. You have been told this in the past. The majority of the charge you received was for a large pile of extra trash that you did not inform us you would be putting out. We were not rude to you on the phone. You on the other hand were extremely condescending and rude and said you would not pay and just go to another hauler. Which you did....

  Called a month before I moved to set up service at my new residence. 4 weeks after moving in I still had not recieved my trash can. I called to tell them not to bother as I had went to their competitor. They still tried to charge me a set up fee for a service I never recieved. The kicker was, they're shop is only 1/4 mile down the road.

  Fantastic company and fabulous staff! It did take some time to get the toter but it is understandable since everyone is short staffed and lots of things are out of stock since covid.

  They say the trash ordered the trash containers but they are on back order. Indefinitely apparently. They charge you a "set up fee" of 30 dollars. I canceled after two weeks and they would not refund any money. The office people are rude.
