      Cigna ******** terrible takes week for medical approval Went to doctor need injections in my knee waiting insurance approval Call Cigna told it can take up to 2 weeks for approval So in pain got to doctor no relief Wait a week for Cigna to approve treatment for injection of steroids for over a week meanwhile, I can barely walk! Cant wait to December so I can change companies because it wont be CIGNA the worst medical insurance Ive ever had

      They are the worst. They keep messing things up from a policy we had with them a year ago. If they would look back at any of there notes or phone calls then they could solve this instead of dragging it out for over a year and re opening it after it was resolved

      Horrible experience trying to use my Cigna HSA. Activated my card then it was repeatedly declined. After calling and wasting numerous hours getting the run around was told its going to take 24 hours to fully activate and be ready to use. Im at the doctors office now and have to pay to leave. Ive never heard of a card taking so long to be able to use. They offered no help at all or ability to escalate and fix. I was repeatedly hung up on or transferred. Now I am forced to use my credit card so I can leave the office and get my medicine. I have been here for four hours trying to get my card to work:

      They are the worst.take their sweet time to approve pre authorizations without a care in the world if your suffering. It's been almost a year and im.still on then phone now trying to find out why my second authorization has not been approved for my pain injections. It's been Two months since my Dr **** the authorization the firts one took three months , which causes me to miss work for something that should have been done much sooner ..worst insurance I've ever had ..it's through my national company. They are following up on my situation and have reports from other employees that they have had frustrating situations as well..hopefully we change them out .

      Every single claim submitted for services has been denied. I have been stuck with Cigna for 7 years and the fear of going to the doctor increases every time knowing i have to deal with this insurance company. Terrible service, communication, doctors. This should not be an insurance company serving the US.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE ANSWER ABOUT COVERAGE IF I WAS TO GET INTO A CAR ACCIDENT. I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE MONDAY 2-17-25 & TODAY IS THURSDAY 2-20-25 & I STILL HAVE YET TO GET THE SAME ANSWER, STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER WHICH THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT ME MONDAY 2-16-25. I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD AS I TYPE I'VE BEEN ON HOLD WAITING TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR/MANAGER FOR ******. ONE IS NEVER AVAILABLE.I AM IN ******** WERE OUR CAR INSURANCE RATE ARE THRU THE ROOF ONE OF THE HIGHEST IN THE COUNTRY. AS MUCH AS I PAY PER WEEK FOR THIS HEALTH INSURANCE THRU MY JOB. CIGNA MUST DO BETTER WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURNING CALLS. I HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENCE A SUPERVISOR/MANAGER SHOULDN'T TAKE ALMOST 4 DAYS TO CALL A CUSTOMER BACK. AND THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES SHOULD BE TRAINED BETTER TO KNOW THIS SIMPLE ANSWER. AM I COVERED IN A CAR ACCIDENT OR NOT..

      If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This insurance company Cigna has been horrific to work with. They have denied so many claims. They deem them out of network when they are not and tell when I call them they me Im a write it shouldve been covered and say they will fix it but they dont. It seems like they just dont want to pay the bills for medical visit honestly. I had a bill take over 2 years before it was finally taken care of. It was only taken care of because I did answered the survey following my last give call and gave every rating the lowest it could be. So then a service recovery team member called me and had it all resolved in 3 days. Im now dealing with another claim 2.5 years old for a well visit for one of my children even though they tell me well visits are 100% covered. It honestly feels like a game and they see who will take the time to advocate for themselves and not give up then they just hope their customers will give up and just pay the bill themselves. Because of Cigna I have easily wasted 80 hours of my life dealing with this. I would never recommend this corrupt incompetent insurance company to anyone.

      2 years and still my dental claim has not been processed. I keep calling as well as my dental office and they keep saying they haven’t received anything.

      eviCore should be forced to change their name to "EvilCore", because evil is what they are. Medically necessary services ordered by your doctor, the one you visit in person, are being immediately rejected by desk jockey doctors and/or their own adjustable algorithm. I have been suffering with a stomach issue for over a year, that has resulted in lost weight loss, internal bleeding, chronic Gerd and chest pain and nausea. An upper endoscopy confirmed the diagnosis, but I continue to have problems. My doctor ordered a repeat upper endoscopy to see why the treatment plan isn't working and one of EvilCore's desk doctors promptly denied the follow up procedure saying it was not medically necessary. Yet here I am, exactly a year later, still SUFFERING physically from their bad faith actions. You know what isn't suffering ? The executive team's salary and bonuses. They shouldn't be in the risk business if they refuse to handle risk. Abhorrent behavior.

      Horrible insurance company full of nothing but incompetent employees reading from a script with no intention of actually helping their customers. They will steal your money (quite literally), give you the run around on when they’ll refund you only to send it to a closed bank account and refuse to correct their own mistake, and make you wait weeks (if not months) for authorization for procedures and/or medications. After stealing my money and later refunding it to a bank account that I explicitly told them was closed, they began to ignore every single call I made and every single BBB complaint that I filed. To say that Cigna is the absolute WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life thus far would be a gross understatement. Do better.
