5 starsWe had received two other quotes for our 10 windows. But from the time ****** showed up we knew we found our supplier. From then on we got updates for when the install would happen. And when the installers showed up they were very considerate of our home and comfort. All ten windows were installed in one day. At the end of the day you could only tell new windows were installed by looking at the windows. In other words clean up was done very well. And the installers were alot of fun to have.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsI interviewed multiple window companies before deciding on Thermo-Twin. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the windows, workmanship and customer service. This was by far the best home improvement project I've ever had on my house. The Thermo-Twin team kept me updated on the progress of my window construction, they gave me a reasonable timeline for installation, and they stuck to it. The installation team was wonderful. The price was more than a lot of the low-end companies but much less than the high-end ones. I feel I got high-end windows for a very reasonable price. I would 100% recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsWe had a great experience with Thermo Twin windows from start to finish. The salesman was very transparent with pricing and gave a thorough overview of the double hung window we purchased. The installation crew was efficient and finished the job within the timeframe promised. The windows look and operate great and keep the cold air out of the house. 5 starsGreat experience with Thermo-twin from beginning to end. The sales rep provided a very detailed explanation of the window we purchased, answering all of our questions. The install team was professional, friendly and worked efficiently during inclement weather to complete the 13 window job in 1 day. 5 starsI had a sliding glass storm door replaced by thermo twin and i am happy with the results. We can no longer feel the cold and the door works great...no more hard to open and close! The crew arrived on time, worked hard and finished on time. They cleaned up their work area and I would be happy for this crew to come back for future work.Thermo-Twin Windows
