5 starsIf there were 10 Stars I would happily award them to this wonderful company. Truly we needed windows for years but the cost and the thought of the stressful process had us putting it off way too long. Thermo Twin was installing 9 beautiful windows and I stopped by and spent some time watching the process. It was amazing. The installers were friendly and so helpful answering all my questions. They were a cohesive professional team installing windows and meticulously finishing each window until it was perfect. I was sold right there! I gave them my name to forward to sales and when the sales person came he was fantastic. No push no long-winded sales tactics just good information to help us make the right decision. I felt no hesitation and was so right. My new windows have been installed and I am so thrilled! What an amazing experience, I could not be happier. If you need windows these are the people that will do all they can to help you make a good decision, do all that they promised and more, and won't make you mortgage the house. Best company ever!

5 starsThermo Twin installed our second floor windows in 2019 and the first floor windows in 2023. Both installs were done beautifully and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the product. 5 starsAfter 9 years, all 13 windows are still like new. I had a few minor issues initially and the company quickly took care of them. Their customer service is great! The lifetime warranty is great to have. Thermo-Twin really does stand behind their warranty. I was thrilled to know that I can transfer a limited warranty to the new owner of my house. 5 starsThermo Twin replaced all of the windows (14) in my very old house in May 2023. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The salesman suggested I replace two double-hung windows with casement windows and I am so pleased that I took his suggestion. The install team was professional and courteous. They worked hard to finish the job in one day, and left no mess when they were done. A couple of my windows were a bit of a challenge, due to the age of my house, but the team did a great job working through it. I would recommend Thermo-Twin in a minute.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsWe recently had two replacement windows installed by Thermo-Twin. They were a delight to work with, beginning with the salesman who came to our house, the technician who came to measure the windows, and the two gentlemen who came to install the windows. A week after they were installed, I noticed some marks on the windows and no amount of scrubbing could remove. I notified the company, they immediately sent someone out, and he was able to remove the spots easily. It was just some residue that was barely visible. Excellent customer service, high quality products, very happy with my purchase, and highly recommend!!***************************Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsTwo years ago we had TT replace our front and back doors. The doors have been wonderful and we've had no issues or problems with those. They seal well and always close directly behind us. When we received bonus money at work we knew we wanted TT to do our windows as well. We adore the beautiful bay window in our living room that was suggested and very much worth the expense. We've seen a decrease in our energy bills and our house has stayed warmer and cooler as is appropriate for the season. All of the installers are courteous and very communicative as to where they were in the installation process. *** was wonderful to work with from sales and made the process both times very easy.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsI had new windows put in the top floor of my house, extremely satisfied. Workers were great to talk to, placed drop cloth everywhere and cleaned up after work. Windows look and function amazing, and the sales process was smooth.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsIn all, we had 17 windows replaced (one of which was a large window above the front door), a sliding back patio door, and a front door. We could not be happier with everything. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes that we were given. The install team was very thorough and respectful of our home and time. They even pointed out some existing issues that were a result of the old windows/door that they also resolved for **. I thought we would have a decent bit of clean up to do ourselves once they were done...and it was very minimal, if any. We were in a bit of a time crunch to get everything done and were grateful the team was able to accommodate our schedule. I would confidently recommend to anyone who was in the market for new windows/doors. The entire team and process was as advertised.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsGot 5 Windows and 3 storm doors put in on April 17, 2023. I was very please from the sales person to the person that measured the windows to the installers. Very professional in all ways.
