    Horrible service and junk appliances delivered non working refrigerator and electric stove smells like mice were living in it

    I have dealt with Homelife several times over the years and have always been satisfied with the people and the service. It's pretty much a one man operation and the owner is always very busy but he's a good guy and stands behind his products and gives excellent service.

    Absolute horrible people and customer service. Do not recommend. Supposed to deliver a stove today between 3 and 4pm. Called at 5 mins to 3 to say not coming until ************ sounded like it was coming from a bar, music and loud background noise. Wouldn't give reason and then said they're sick and hung up. A few mins later a woman calls (*****?)and says they'll deliver on Monday. Explained old stove had already been removed and she said " why the heel did you do that?".Husband explained he's unhappy he now has to reinstall the old stove for the weekend. She responds "why just eat out, what's wrong with you?"Refused to give delivery window for Monday. Horrible business, people and customer service. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and shop elsewhere. No stars (1 star as won't allow no stars). Do not recommend.
