    We bought a new washing machine from this business. When their owner dropped the new one off, they took our old one that we specifically told them NOT to take. We intended to repair the old one and sell it. We have made 7 phone calls to this business. Several of them we were able to negotiate a drop off time where the owner was to bring our washing machine back, the one they took without our permission. They agreed and gave us a day they were going to do so. They never showed up. After several more weeks of back and forths on the phone with this business of them promising to deliver the old washing machine (each time they promised they still had it), we still cannot get them to deliver it back to us. Our most recent phone conversation with them they told us they do not know anything about it, and that we are out of luck. This business has essentially stole a washing machine from us, and refuses to allow us to pick it up or deliver it. I have read reviews online of this company whereby people are experiencing similar issues. Whether it be fees and payments with no service (scams) or refusing to do work they were paid to do. Please help us in a resolution to this problem. We would greatly appreciate it. We have been nothing but understanding and respectful in this matter.

    This is a response to a complaint a customer made about a haul away appliance that was taken. While delivering and appliance for a customer I mistakenly removed the old washer. The customer informed me later that I mistakenly took the washer. Over 90% of my customers want thier old ******************** removed and mistakenly took the appliance. I apologize that it took so long to return the appliance. I had the appliance in my possession the entire time and had no intention of selling  the machine. This my 20th year of being in business and I have never had this situation. I have never excepted payment for services where the work was not completed. On Wednesday March 26, 2025 I returned the appliance to the customer. I do apologize again for it taking so long.
