    I left a $900 deposit at Chesaco ** in Hamburg, PA, based on assurances the ** was inspected, in working order, and matched the features promised. At delivery, I discovered serious issues: non-working exterior speakers, refrigerators not as described, 12V system failure, no inspection, loan terms changed, and warranty misrepresented as AS IS. I declined the purchase, but my deposit has not been refunded.These are major issues and remain unresolved. This is a direct violation of Pennsylvania consumer protection laws, and I am warning others to use extreme caution with this dealership. I am still seeking my refund and will continue pursuing this matter until it is resolved.

    Stay clear of this place . I purchased a used hybrid camper from them on a Mon and was told to come back Friday that the camper had to go get inspected and go through the shop to make sure everything works. Was called and was told the camper was ready to be picked up . I specifically asked the salesman if everything was gone through and worked and was told yes. Brought the camper home 1 1/2 hours away hooked it up the toilet isn't even hooked up and leaks from two places underneath very badly and the black water tank was full. Called them up to explain the situation and they told me I would have to bring it back and eat the price to fix the repairs. I explained to them that I specifically asked for all features to be hooked up to make sure they at least work I was told that it was. They are claiming that it was listed as a handyman special, it was not listed as a handyman special It was listed as in great working shape. For the price I paid ( cash ) They could have worked with me even at a 50/50 cost on me but they told me I would have to eat the bill. I will take my business elsewhere next year when I purchase a bigger camper. You have been warned !
