    Hi; I have ordered over $2000 worth of knives from Survive Knives over the past 4-years (the last order was in Oct 2023). The pre-orders all said it would take a few months to get the knives and I have not rectangle of them. One knife in particular (EDC-4) was ordered in Oct 2023 and they have been selling that exact knife to people currently (that ordered theirs months after I did) and filling their orders and I still have not received mine. They are even selling them for less than I paid!I have called them a dozen times and they never answer their phone. I have sent many messages via their website and email..they usually dont respond, and when they do, they are vague and just say I should receive my knives soon. I have been more than patient, and supportive of their small business because I believe they make a good product. However; when they fill new orders (of the exact same knife) before mine that was ordered months earlier, I run out of patience. I feel like my money has been stolen and I feel helpless. I have receipts for all of my orders and sales emails from them saying knives are completed and ready to ship and I still dont have mine. I havent received knives that I ordered over 4-years ago, and at the time they said it would be a few months. I have been patient with them because they moved and had some hard luck along the way. I am no longer patient because I am am not being treated fairly as a customer.

    I placed an order Jan 25th 2022 ( two and a half years ago as of this complaint ) for two knives costing a total of $415.62(order # *****) I tried calling , and emailing and they wont answer. I even tried asking were my order was on survives you tube channel and instead of answering my question he blocked me from his channel. All i want is my full refund. I didn't received any products from them. THANK YOU

    I paid Survive Knives for knives that still have not been delivered over the last 4 years! The first year they responded to my inquiries and said they were working things out. The second year they implied they would be caught up and I'd get my order "any time now"... The last 2 years they no longer reply to my inquiries using their internal messaging or their ******************************* email. Their website is still accepting money from more and more people like me. I can only imagine the amount of money they have scammed from other people. I want my money returned. And, I hope to make others aware of this scam.

    I purchased a knife from this company on 2/22/20. It was a pre order and delivery was stated to be several months. After this time and contact with the company they stated they were dropping their manufacturer and doing the work themselves. My order would now be delayed. The next excuse was ramping up production. There have been many more excuses since then and the added delays. I have been in contact with them recently and they tell me my refund is two weeks away. Two weeks go by nothing. I recontact they say next week and nothing. This is fraud.

    I ordered two products from this company on July 8 of 2022. I have 50 to 100 emails over the last almost 2 years back-and-forth from them regarding these products. They still have not delivered. The reason I didnt file sooner is because, they kept getting back to me and stringing me along. I am out $490.

    Paid in Feb 2022 for a knife that was a pre- order- I agreed to 4 month wait time- the 4 months turned into longer. The company moves states- OK I am good with a delay like that- I understand life happens and it would take some time to move- no big deal. another few months went by after the move was complete, and they said they had a heat treating issue, once again I gave them the benefit of doubt. They contact me with broken promises on dates. I ask for a refund 3 times and that went ignored, as do any emails I send now. I will be filing police reports and taking them to court. I will lead the way for class action if everyone wants to be involved. Also will file cease and desist orders for company's helping with their product.

    I was supposed to receive a knife made by this company by the projected time of 6months. I made this order in March 24th 2023 and I should have recieved it in September, maybe October if they were running behind. This knife was a gift for a birthday and would not arrive in time once October had come around. So I asked for a refund and someone got back to me and said will do and so I waited and waited and still no refund. I then contacted them three more times from their site help page and not a single response and still no refund. Ive now grown frustrated and feel as if I have been robbed of my money. I would like my money back at any means necessary. Im not sure if others have experienced this problem with this company but it wouldnt surprise me. Thanks,**********

    I ordered a knife on 9/22/2022 for $250. The order number is *****. At the time the impression was given that the order would take about 90 days to complete and ship. The knife still hasn't shipped after multiple emails requesting a ship date for the knife. On 11/17/2023 I requested that my order be canceled and my money refunded as I was tired of waiting and getting the runaround. There has been no response. Today I sent my third email asking for them to acknowledge that they cancel my order and refund my money.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I paid $430.25 for a GSO-12 knife from Survive Knives. My order Number is *****. I made that purchase knowing it might take a while, but it has now been over 2 years. I would like my knife!!!!!I'm the director of ******************** LLC, a company with a 5 star trip advisor rating, so I take customer service very seriously, and yet I'm witnessing no customer service at all from these folks. I purchased this knife to clear and upkeep trails in the State Forest. All I see are other new knives being finished and shipped, yet no word on ours. I have called and emailed ( in fact I send a polite email every week) but no response.

    - Transaction of $298.79 USD was for a preorder on Thu, Sep 14, 3:15?PM.- Requested a cancellation of the preorder and a refund, due to personal reasons, on Fri, Sep 22, 8:20?AM.- Seller responded on Mon, Sep 25, 8:26?PM, saying refunded added to system and pending. - I tried contacting many times on after that to get an update, and the last non-committal reply from them was on Wed, Oct 4, 8:34?PM saying they will take care of the refund as soon as they can. - Until now, nothing from them. I tried contacted them on social networks (*********, ********* and my comments on the refund are deleted by them.
