    I ordered a knife from this company on 7 April 2023, I never received it and now they are going out of business. I have trieed multiple times to get a response on this order using the contact info on their website. I recently learned that they were supposedly going out of business. Now their website doesn't work, and the email address I was using resulted in a non delivery receipt.

    I placed a pre-order for a SURVIVE! Knives product on 11/12/22 for $249.00, and since then have not received any communication from the company about the status of my pre-order or when it will be filled. At this point I have no confidence that SURVIVE will ever make good on this transaction and deliver the item to me, so I would like a refund, but the company's website has now been taken down or is otherwise not working. Additionally, my credit card company (*********) is unable to dispute the charge today because too much time has elapsed, and I have been unable to contact the company for the purpose of getting my money refunded.

    Order #***** I placed and order with Survive Knives in may of 2021. I have made numerous attempts at requesting an update, which at times I would get a response, but after 3 years of waiting and poor communication from SK, I requested a refund for my $318.00. All this is documented in there messaging history, I also have copies I saved. I one or two occasions I was told I would get my refund, then silence and no reply as to when. I requested they Zelle me my refund to make things faster, but although SK agreed to refund me, I still have not received my money back. If needed I can provide all this history of communication, actually so can SK as it is on their website under messages, don't know why they have this section as they don't really care to use it and are not a company I would refer or ever do business with. I have been held hostage for 3 years!!! SK has no idea what I have been through financially and they don't care. Please help me get my money back so that I may move on. *********************************************

    Ordered a custom knife on 8/22/2023, with a delivery date of 2-3 months. Its has been almost 11 months with no delivery. Tried calling, texting and emailing many times in the last three months but the company has never returned any of my communications ! I would like a refund for $284.00 Receipt enclosed Thank You

    Order not fulfilled. Numerous calls made and left messages each time. I've asked for a refund once I found out no one is receiving product ordered. I even went to the physical address of company to find nothing there. I asked for a refund several times. Talked to the owner once on the phone about refunding my money. Said be glad to but haven't received.

    I ordered a Knife from their website over a year ago on 04/09/23. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. I ordered a GSO 5.1 MagnaCut knife. I would like them to ship my knife that I ordered or refund my money.

    I ordered a knife from Survive Knifes order # ***** on November 10, 2023, and the payment cleared my bank on November 13, 2024. As of today 219, day after Survive Knifes received payment from my bank I have not gotten my order.I have test them several times on their ******* adds and emailed Survive Knifes telling them to send my knife or put my money back into my account but gotten no response.
