I am rejecting this response because: This is a bill that is not mine. This bill is also 5 years old. They have not provided me with any information:The name and address of the creditor to whom the debt is currently owed and the account number used by that creditor.
If this debt started with a different creditor, provide the name and address of the original creditor, the account number used by that creditor, and theamount owed to that creditor at the time it was transferred. When you identify the original creditor, please provide any other name by which I might know them, if that is different from the official name. In addition, tell me when thecurrent creditor obtained the debt and who the current creditor obtained it from.
Provide verification and documentation that there is a valid basis for claiming that I am required to pay the debt to the current creditor. For example, can you provide a copy of the written agreement that created myoriginal requirement to pay?
They need to get this off my credit. This is not my bill. I have ******** which pays all of my medical bills.

I was denied the dispute process about a supposed ***************** debt I owed. 11/21/17 my 4 month old child was taken to emergency room (light blood found in diaper) after being seen at an urgent care for vomiting after every feeding. X-eat dine and provided meds for vomiting. At first no one was able to get an IV into her veins to give her fluids. And they couldn’t determine what was causing the vomiting and blood. She was sent by ambulance to another hospital to prevent removing the IV. Found out she had to have an emergency surgery for intussusception. I paid all medical bills from both hospitals and ambulance. I received calls about 6 months ago for a debt from 2017. I thought it was fraud and asked to send proof. Never received proof but was told it was from a visit on 11/21/17 submitted to insurance and the remaining balance of 101.21 was directly sent to collections 2 weeks later. Again never got a bill and never heard of a remaining balance. I contacted my insurance to see if they received a claim during that time from *** ********* and they couldn’t find anything. I asked for any claims submitted where 101.21 would be my responsibility, they said no. I called *** ********* said they said have no record of me in their system.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
The bill attached isn’t an actual bill. I need the original bill for the date of service. Looks made it. ***** also has no record of this.

I recently looked at my credit report and I have a collection from Ability Recovery Services from Wyoming PA.at ************. It states date of first delinquency was 7/15/2019 for $741.00 and $763.00. I called and spoke to customer service stating that this is a duplicate billing charge. I paid this amount on a previous bill. I asked them to send me the bill and where the bill came from. They refused to give me any documentation. I disputed this and they did not remove from my credit report. I still believe this is a duplicate bill. I need this off my credit report. I need documentation of the charges.Business Response

Ability recovery has reported a collection on my credit report claiming a 2/2023 orgination date. Claims creditor *** ***** is owed $1389. I have no debit with company they claim to be collecting from. They refuse to give information on company, provide verification of debit and information of dates of dates, creditor, or even account numbers. This is suspicious as it is most likely to old to be on credit report. I will file for damages to credit in small claims court if not resolved within 30 days.Business Response

Ability Recovery Services has fraudulently placed 2 collections in the amount of 1587.00 on my credit report, I have never signed any type of legal contract with them, nor have I done any business with them. I have always had medical insurance, so I don't understand why they are on my credit report. I am requesting verification of Ability Recovery Services ownership to collect these 2 amounts of 1587.00.
