The particular group at ****** tire/Goodyear in ********* **, are very rude. I went for a job interview they had me walking back and forth to employee parking lot because they had no idea of any personal or a phone book of people in the plant. I had to go ****** people that worked there to tell them a name to ask for. Then one that seems to take charge called HR and told her I was cursing at them and making videos of them when I was frustrated about having to walk through the parking lot 3 times. I used my forward facing camera to check my face because I woke up late and felt I had something in my eye. These people are so judgement the team wouldnt even interview me. Hopefully I can file a lawsuit for being disabled with anxiety, and the way they treated me was ridiculous. I have PTSD from that c***

I have worked for this company in TX & it was THE worst job experience I’ve ever had. The sites are always short staffed so overtime is always an option. But whenever you work overtime those hours are never on your check so you have to harass the ops manager to give you your hours you’re owed. Unreliable staff that don’t show up or relieve you hours later after your shift with no repercussions. Guard shack with mold, broken AC and heat in the winter, broken microwave; client said they’d fix but never did. Allied said they’d fix but never did. I quit. I tried to reapply in TX thinking maybe things have changed; nope. I was scheduled for an interview, showed up, waited an hour and a half just for the receptionist to say “there’s no hiring event today.” Wasted so many applicants time. I waited 2 years, moved to Florida, applied again thinking maybe it will be different. Nope. Got scheduled for an interview, showed up and they acted like they had no knowledge of me. I waited 30-45 mins for an “ops manager” to tell me that “there’s no positions open, come back Wednesday for our hiring event.” 1) why would I come back after wasting time and Uber fare just to be told come back???? 2) I thought you said there’s no positions open so what hiring event you talking about???
I’ve never experienced a company so incompetent, unprofessional, unorganized, and toxic in my entire life. Something needs to be done about them. They treat their workers and applicants like the gum on the bottom of a shoe.

This place is as unprofessional and shady as it comes. I was scheduled for a zoom interview and nobody showed up. Not even a notice to let me know. Someone calls me 2 hours later to ask me a couple of questions and then said to show up for an orientation they claim I would be paid for.
I am already skeptical but I show up to some office for 2 hours the person holding the orientation even made sure my direct deposit was good. Never got paid for the orientation. I let it go. I am scheduled for my first shift tomorrow morning at a stadium I have received no information on where to go or who to report to. I will not be going. This is the most unprofessional unorganized company I have ever seen. When I have tried to reach out nobody responds. This is a joke. Beware of the Orlando office.

It a horrible company to work for. Very poor communication between employees management. They don't return phone calls, text or email. Almost impossible to get time off. Holidays guards don't show up to release you after working 10 hours shift. You work a double shift not to get paid for the overtime until weeks later. You go into the office and fill out paperwork for certain things only to find out weeks later that it still lying on the managers dest where you left it. The most frustrating thing is how offen the changes in Manager. By in time you learned who they are they no longer work for company. The job isn't bad it's the poor communication between employees and management.

I was working security for Allied Universal at a building in a position that i was told was long term and permanent. I was a good standing employee with no complaints under my belt, and than one day i checked my schedule on ehub, and i had no schedule listed for a week, and so i stayed off work for a week because i had no schedule listed. And my account manager usually doesn’t answer his phone and only answers texts whenever he feels like it. The following week my account manager asks me am i on schedule and i said “no” and he saids “oh… well that works out” and than he decided to “send me to a brand new work site” and requested i do two days of work and so i went there and did one day, and bought food and left it in the refrigerator ready for my second day of work and went home and went to sleep and next day i was contacted by my account manager and he told me the assignment ended and to not go in, and so i said what do you mean, and then he eventually said the building closed, and he then requested a day or two later if i wanted to go back to my original work site and work a day and i agreed and he put me on schedule, but than i asked to be off because i felt like he was juggling around my schedule, sending me wherever he wanted to, forgetting to do my schedule, lying, and playing games with me! All in all my experiences with this company including the experience listed here and more has made me feel like trash and i do not recommend that anyone seeking to be a security guard work for this company. I have nearly 15 years security experience, and this is the worst company i have ever worked for! Lack of communication with various managerial people to point out a problem. Security in my opinion are over trained for this company just so they can go out in the field and have a trash experience with the one account manager they are limited to interacting with. Very unprofessional company. Sickening experience that only caters ultimately to unemployment and poverty!

Phone Interview was blown off complete for ***** ******* ** ***** Security Officer - Secret Clearance (Indeed)
At noon I received a response to my initial email asking about what happened and why I did not receive any communication about canceling our interview.
"I apologize I had a last-minute meeting. I sent an email asking to reschedule."
      (Never got it. I checked)
However, the Assistant Account Manager, ignored our phone interview, which was supposed to take place between 11:30 and 12:00 today, November 6th 2023. As an illustration, take into consideration how her disregard for my time, misunderstandings, or lack of appreciation entirely go against Allied Universal's fundamental principles, which state that "Excellence starts with local leadership and local presence." This is our story: *******************. Rather, this company employee portrays the culture of the corporation as being unresponsive to individuals who occupy leadership positions.
      No, I'm OK.
      My interest has waned.

I am an allied employee in wa state. For 2.5 years I have always been given a notice for shift change. I was asked to work a shift with a 5 hr notice which I agreed to. This particular shift we specifically hired for one day a week. I assumed our person that worked that shift may be out sick. The next week on the same shift I received phone calls and text that I missed my shift. Unbeknownst my supervisor put me on the schedule for that shift permanently without notifying me and I was given a no call no show final notice. When I tried to fight it I was told it’s my responsibility to check the schedule and I signed the policy when hired. The HR director told me I have to check my schedule weekly, which I do and also had a text to my supervisor 2 days before that shift about another schedule change in which I did not see a change to work that shift. Then my general manager told me I need to check my schedule constantly. The handbook says shift can change at anytime with little to no notice. I am the go to person and work any shift anytime and have never had a complaint and have been offered 2 supervisor positions. I love my job and love this company but this is bulls***! The company has a written policy for everything but anything that would blame management. There core values on being phenomenal and teamwork and integrity went right out the shitter when the supervisor screwed up and blamed it on me.
