  The company I had been employed by for 3 years American security was sold out to allied University I was hired this week throughout University through the same boss Margie she assured me that I was being brought in full-time hours and would stay at ups full time after Peak I was promised all the peak hours I could handle through Christmas to get straightened out I was brought into the office did my sled training pass my test was put in the computer as a full-time employee with benefits, I was later that day called on Thanksgiving by another boss in the office Brian to work Thanksgiving so I agreed hey then tells me that he is over the site not Margie and that I am not even on the schedule of a job I literally just started the day before I told him she said I was available to work all the hours I could she said it in front of everyone in the office so we end it there I work Thanksgiving night no one showed up for work for shift Friday morning at this time I'm calling this man Brian I'm calling Margie I'm calling the main office and I'm calling the field supervisor tell me that for 4 hours no one whatsoever called me back and left me sitting there at this point I have already been there 14 hours during the 15th hour I get a text from Brian that says I will call you in a little bit pretty much telling me that I don't matter I can just sit there and he'll call me when he's ready when he finally calls he tells me that someone will be there to relieve me within 15 minutes they did not show up for 45 minutes then when I tell him I will be back at work later this afternoon he tells me again you are not on the schedule I do not have you on the schedule we can discuss one I said I don't need to discuss one Margie told me to come to work anyway she is the one that hired me promised me full time hours I'm in the computer is full-time hours and my application plainly says Friday Saturday and Sunday are the days I can work this is unacceptable am looking to reach out to attorney

  The company is top notch when it comes to stolen wages. I worked 9 days in a row. Per CA labor law I should be getting two days of double pay but the post manager doesn't agree. Lawyers won't touch the case because of the low amounts. AU sure knows how to play the wage stealing game

  Bullying filthy, obscene mouthed guards who use racial slurs and threats in the early morning hours outside the sensitive patients' rooms including harmless young females ranging in age from 25 to 50 at the Lawnwood Pavilion Hospital Psychiatric Ward.
