On Dec. 1,2021 I purchased a 2014 Buick enclave with purchase price of $15250.00. upon letting my insurance company know to put insurance it I found that the purchase price was 500.00 more than it was suppose to be A problem I figured they would take care of either by redoing the the paper work or just giving me back the 500.00 mistake, If you look at 15250.00 and 15750.00 on my paper it is hard to see, the mistake. I called them the next day and talked to the salesman . Was told the man I needed to talk too was not in. Call back the next day, so I did and left a message only to not get a call back that day. Made another call the next day and got hold of salesman again ,this time told me after 10 or15 minute wait it was bank charge. I told him he was wrong that something like would have be disclosed if purchase was different price than what I agreed on the price. This was price retail purchase agreement. It clearly does not say anything about bank. I wish the price written in that space was more plainly. After all I felt that a home town dealer would be honest enough to try and pull lie off on me .I don't want too cause much more trouble by contacting a lawyer. I just feel they should do the right thing and give me my $500.00 back .
