  I cannot say enough positive things about 3rd Generation Home Improvements. Beginning with Ben who assured me we would have quality work to Shaun and Ray who did a superb job with the siding installation on our home and garage. They were kind, courteous, and answered any questions we had. The finishing details are amazing, and we could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company for any work you need done.   Big shout out to 3rd Generation and the siding crew for a superior job start to finish. After major wind damage Richard S. guided us through the claim process and worked closely with insurance to ensure everything was handled correctly. As home owners can be vulnerable during this time, his knowledge and understanding gave me the confidence I was in good hands.
  Thank you again for attention to detail in replacing patio support pole and custom work on my picture window.
  With new gutters and down spouts our house looks brand new and couldn't ask for a better outcome.
  Looking forward to have 3rd Generation back out and replace my front door system. Thank you for your integrity in serving our community. ***** *

  3rd Generation has successfully completed 3 projects at my house in the last two and a half years, one small, and two fairly large jobs.
  In each case, the work was completed without any issues or problems. The largest and most recent project was re-siding my entire house and replacing all gutters and downspouts. It came out looking fantastic to the point, my sister in law, also decided to re-side her home. In addition, a number of neighbors have come over to look at the results, and they are looking at having 3rd Generation do some work for them.
  Not only was the work meticulous, and detailed, but there were no issues with cleanup. Kyle and his small crew focused on the job, making sure everything was addressed and completed properly before moving to the next section.
  From the moment I called and asked for a quote, Mike S was engaged. He promptly visited and followed through until the project was completed, and even weeks later to check my satisfaction levels. By far, the best experience with a contractor over the years.
  I had gone out and received 4 quotes, and 3rd Generation was very competitive. My gut estimate is the project added substantial value to my home. It looks like a brand new house.
  I highly recommend them.

  3rd Generation put soffits on our house as well as several other smaller jobs that were very valuable to us. Kyle and his crew were always efficient and professional and got the job done within 5 days even though there were only two of them. He’s a perfectionist and did a fantastic job. Our driveway was cleaner when they left than it was before they came. We will definitely use them again when we can.

  For every exterior problem they have a great solution! Their job managers and crews are always on time, courteous, and helpful. They are able to handle the city's architectural board and accomplish everything in a timely manner.
  My projects: replace siding and insulate my kitchen exterior, replace back stairs with compound materials which can withstand snow and storms, replace front stairs with matching materials, new rain gutters, replace rail on upper balcony, replace membrane and flooring on upper balcony. And I've just started tackling all my 93 year-old house needs.

  I give 3rd Generations 5 Stars. Service was great from the time I met with to come check out my job site, and go over my concerns, and the guys came out on time, the an awesome job and cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there. Salute to Derek for the follow up making sure we were satisfied with the work done. Would recommend 3rd Generation and will be using their services in the near future.

  Dave, Mike and Dave were amazing! They replaced 20 windows and my back door, both interior and storm door. They were professional, efficient and very helpful. They even vacuumed when they were finished! From my first phone call to them, the salesman (Ben) and the installers, I couldn’t have had a better experience! I highly recommend 3rd Generation!

  Any time you need work done on your house, it is stressful ! 3rd Generation had done work for us before on our prior house (chimney work) and they were fantastic in every way. So they were who we first turned to when we needed help with our current house (roof work). Once again, they have been just brilliant. They treat your home just like it was their own. They are a very trustworthy company. I will recommend them without hesitation to my friends and will certainly call them again if any further work is required.
