5 starsHad my flat rubber roof repaired: 3rd Generation was very knowledgeable, responsive and experienced. They arrived on-time, with all necessary materials to perform and complete the job, were efficient and friendly. The removed all debris and left the job site completely clean. The cost of the job was reasonable. Mike, Dereck and Scott and their crew were all excellent to work with.

5 starsI used this company to retuck point my chimney and do a small roof repair. It was a great process from sales through completion. They met and exceeded my expectations and listened to my concerns. Very courteous and professional staff throughout the entire process. Everyone from sales through the work crew took the time to explain things and answer all questions as they came up. All work was completed to contract specifications and even a little above and beyond. I also appreciated the detail used in the contact before work began so that everyone was on the same page from the start. I would highly recommend this company.3rd Generation Home Improvements

5 starsWe had an excellent experience with this company. From the owner, Mike, to the production manager, Derek, we were kept informed of the schedule of work to be completed. 5 starsIn Aug 2023 a tornado caused major damage to our home. 3rd Gen (Richard) were helpful, made great recommendations, had a great crew, and did quality work. They repaired a hole in the roof, did partial siding, full roof on home and shed, and gutters. They did a great job and we couldn’t be happier.3rd Generation Home Improvements

5 starsGreat job by Alan and Dave on my roof repairs. They found the source of a leak that has been causing me problems for the last couple of months. Also kudos to Richard for noticing some shingles that slipped and would have caused damage in time had he not noticed. Everyone was very knowledgeable about roofing and very honest in their assessments. I have used 3rd generation before and they are my first call for roofing and siding.3rd Generation Home Improvements
