5 starsWe had a replacement refrigerator on order through a manufacturer's warranty. The service we received from Pride Delivery and Installation LLC from Plant City, FL was exemplary! . . . from our first contact, Ashley, to the delivery crew, Luis, Jose and Anthony. The time frame of receiving a new unit was critical to us; the delivery was days sooner than expected. The Pride staff were all very patient, kind and professional.Review fromkenneth h

1 starPride who installs for ** was just here. Installers left new microwave here and said somebody special has to come out and take two screws out for old one they can't get out. Do not know how you get all the pieces working in same direction to do it. They are supposed to have their office send info to First American. I found it hard to believe they left me hanging but they said we do not do anything extra if things do not go right. First they said the two screws were stripped so could not get out. I noticed he did not change drill bit from ones attached to the top. Question were they different size screws and in fact stripped by installer for using wrong size drill. just asking.

1 starHad a brand new dishwasher delivered for ** through Pride delivery. While pulling out our old dishwasher, they didn’t drop the feet and carefully remove it, but rather forced it out, tearing up our subfloor (which I later had to replace) and cabinets, and scratching our hardwood in the process. After “installing” our new unit, they didn’t bother to properly fit it, leaving it uneven and barely secured, which a 2 inch gap between the top and our counter, claiming they “couldn’t do anything about it.” After they left, I found that the kick plate wasn’t put on, a leg was bent, an electronic module was just hanging loose by its wiring harness, the stainless steel face was scratched, and they didn’t even bother to install the tub plugs or rack clips, but rather just left them in a pile with unknown screws and bolts.
Nearly a week after this “install”, which I had to completely redo myself, Pride added an unauthorized charge to my original payment card for an “install kit” and “dishwasher power cord”, neither of which were used or even needed for the unit we bought.
I filed a claim with ** who is covering the cost of the install and unauthorized charge, but overall this experience with pride has been nothing but trouble.Review fromJessica M

1 starI have never had such poor service with a delivery service. For starters, the delivery guy showed up an hour after the delivery window. Our dishwasher shutoff valve wouldn't turn off and my husband was 10 minutes away dropping our kiddo off somewhere, so I offered to shut off the main water line to the house but the guy refused. I told the guy that my husband was 10 minutes away and I asked if he could start unloading the dishwasher in the meantime. He said it already was unloaded and he was ready for installation. I called a neighbor for help and while I was on the phone with him, the delivery guy said that it didn't matter and he wasn't going to wait and then just walked out. I walked out no more than 30 seconds later and saw his truck gone which meant that he lied about unloading the dishwasher.
I called the company immediately to reschedule and the guy on the phone said they could come back out in 2 days in the morning. I get a call from the company today saying our window is in the afternoon which I had specifically said would not work. Apparently the guy I spoke with last night just pretended to reschedule our delivery.
Do NOT use this company!!!Review fromDeborah B

4 starsI had the opportunity to use Pride Delivery and Installation when I purchased my ** dishwasher. We originally were paired with an installer named Kevin. He came in and gave me some nonsense about how installing my dishwasher would cause his children a liability. When confronted with how silly this statement sounded he left without a word or notice. I was very disappointed and lacked confidence in Pride Delivery and Installation after 3 attempts at this installation. Randy and Scott from Michigan restored my faith immediately. I was rescheduled with Leon. Leon came in professional, knowledgeable, and efficient on my installation. I am so happy with how they handled my installation after my terrible experience with Kevin. Thank you so much for a job well done!

1 starTheir plant city, FL location has the worst customer service. Quite rude, unprofessional and threatening behavior. Would definitely not recommend them. They assume that people should answer their phone ASAP and will call 10 times within 20 minutes if you don't answer.
I had to report them to the corporate office as the office manager at the Plant City location would not let me speak to the GM. The corporate people were helpful and the GM only called me after, not even a single apology. Rather pay somebody else to install the microwave than feel unsafe by their behavior.
They take their customers for granted as they know we can't do anything about it. They are just contracted by big companies like GE to set up delivery and installation so if you report them, it's only your loss of time, effort and energy!Review fromKassie G

1 starMarch 2: Pride Delivery delivered new microwave and attempted an install which was unsuccessful. The two delivery men were high and barely coherent (the smell of marijuana was so strong it made me sick). I discovered damage to my stovetop just after their visit and notified American Home Shield to file a claim. Additionally, I had to find someone else to install the microwave.
March 3: Heard from ******** **** ****** to discuss the claim.
May 7: Received communication from Sedgwick about assisting with the claim for my stovetop.
Month of May: I stayed in touch with Melissa ****** from ******** for weeks, providing frequent updates that I had not heard from Pride Delivery.
April 4: Brad ******** finally called to set up an inspection. We scheduled for April 12.
April 12: NO CALL NO SHOW. I contacted Brad to reschedule. He reached out on April 19 and we rescheduled for April 21.
April 21: Brad showed up and did the inspection.
May 19: I emailed requesting an update as I hadn’t heard from anyone. I was asked to provide an estimate for a similar unit. I provided it within an hour.
May 22: I emailed to request a status based on the estimate I provided. Yasser **** replied that they were working on it.
May 24: I requested an update. No response.
May 25: I requested an update. No response.
May 30: Yasser finally emailed indicating that Brad was working with a technician to schedule an appointment for the following week to replace the oven top only.
June 6: I emailed requesting an update as no one had contacted me about an installation date. Brad replied that a tech would be out on June 10 to replace the oven top. I wasn’t even asked if I was available that day/time.
As of today, 6/6/23 (over three months after the damage occurred), I am now expecting a tech to come this Saturday to replace the top to my oven. If all goes well, it will be a miracle. I strongly urge anyone who deals with this company to be wary. They should not be in business.Pride Delivery and Installation

1 starWe have thousands of dollars of damaged floors here which we didn't see until the next day, as our floors are very pale wood. Were they stained dark, we would have seen the damage immediately. As it was, we - unfortunately - signed the document which the installers shoved at us claiming that it only said they installed the product. We didn't read the fine print, and THAT said that all was perfect, no damage, etc. Obviously we'll never sign anything again like that, but what a shame that this company won't make this right with us. We had mats and floor protection down, and all this damage was right next to those mats where they veered off with their dolly and with the actual appliance. We asked them to NOT use a dolly, but they did. They also scraped the refrigerator along the floor, and the marks are very easy to see in the right light. But being that all this protection was still on the floor when we had to sign this to get them out, we didn't see the damage. These are brand new, maple floors, which are a VERY hard wood, and yet we now have grooves and scratches in a large area. We will NEVER use Pride Delivery and Install again.Pride Delivery and Installation

I apologize for your negative experience. I reviewed the delivery details that were collected by our local management team, and they are different than your summary in this complaint. Can you forward any information you can to support your claim about the type of damage to your floors, as well as where the damage is compared to the delivery path? I can get that information to our local team for review.

Brad, your QC Manager, was just here taking pictures and measuring the various marks on the floor. If you need additional detail, the repair estimate was given to your insurance adjuster (Morgan Arnold of Sedgwick), the original cost of the floors from last spring is available upon request, and I started calling the home warranty company the morning after installation, as that's when we saw the damage. I went back and forth for days between American Home Shield, Pride and GE. GE said at first that Pride wasn't one of their subcontractors. Pride told AHS that they would handle repairing the damage, then subsequently told me they said that just to get the woman from AHS off the phone as they couldn't understand her. Pride then made me contact AHS yet again, to tell them THEY had to initiate any damage claim with GE, and then GE would contact Pride, and then they would let me know what was next. It's been a very frustrating time, with no one taking responsibility for mistakes made here.Review fromMichael V

1 star** used this delivery company to deliver a replacement refrigerator. I was notified the unit had arrived and set-up delivery. I had made it abundantly clear that the delivery personnel needed to have technical knowledge as to how to remove the doors and drawer fronts to get the refrigerator in my home. My request was acknowledged by the gentleman on the phone who said he notated it on my order.
On the day of delivery, the delivery people had no clue how to remove those items. While I was on the phone with Pride Delivery in Romulus, MI the truck began to drive off. The person who I was speaking to said he would call them. As I was standing outside the truck stopped for a moment, I assumed he was taking the call, but after a few moments started driving off again, only this time with the driver smiling and waving at me. The office called me back and had to reschedule delivery and I was assured a competent crew would be sent out.
On the day of the 2nd delivery, I was called by the office and was told that there was a problem. The initial delivery crew had written on their paperwork the refrigerator wouldn’t fit in the space intended instead of the fact that they were ignorant on how to get it into my home and because of this my order was cancelled! I was told that another unit had to be ordered from **.
This whole fiasco was in a 2.5-week time frame before Christmas. I was told the unit would be delivered the Friday before Christmas but it wasn’t. Never received any communication from them. I began calling the week after Christmas, leaving messages as nobody was answering the phone, and finally 3 days later I was told I was scheduled for delivery the next day. I asked why nobody had called me and told me that and they lied and said that I had been notified the day prior.
On the third delivery date, my four-hour delivery window was obliterated, they were 2 hours late. But I will admit that that crew was very good and was able to get the job done.Pride Delivery and Installation
