David from Reliable Basement and Drain came out to replace my bathroom drain and snake it. He also fixed my toilet. David's excellent workmanship is MUCH appreciated!! I haven't been able to run my bathroom sink wide open since I moved in 25 years ago because the drain has always been so painfully slow. Not so anymore! David was on time and out in a more than reasonable amount of time. Thank you David, and thank you Reliable Basement and Drain! One more thing, the ladies in the office are awesome, too. We dropped a shot glass down our garbage disposal and didn't know it until we turned it on! Horrible noise!!! Ross from Reliable showed up the same day, and quickly solved the problem for us. In 9/2022 a new kitchen faucet was installed and old drainage pipes were changed under the double sink at a cost of $890.00. 4/2023 I called them to tighten the faucet which had come loose, and seal around the faucet plate on the top of the sink. In 9/2024 the left sink basket strainer assembly disconnected from the pipe. The reason given: it was not replaced in the 9/2022 job- and was shorter (2 inches)than the newer one on the right sink (4 inches). the pipe connecting the two drainage assemblies was not level, and over time caused it to disconnect. I was told I could just tighten the connection and continue to check it over time. A new sink basket assembly was installed at cost of $220.28. The old one was rusted and weakened - it should have been replaced during the original job in 2022.Reliable Basement and Drain

In September 2022, we performed a job that included installing a new kitchen faucet and replacing the drainage pipes under your double sink. At that time, the left sink basket strainer assembly was not replaced as it was not identified as requiring replacement. However, we acknowledge your concern that the old strainer, which was shorter and rusted, may have contributed to the more recent issue. In April 2023, we promptly addressed your request to tighten the faucet and seal around the faucet plate. In September 2024, when the left sink basket assembly disconnected, our technician found that the misalignment between the two drainage assemblies caused the problem over time. We appreciate your patience and understand that tightening the connection wasn't a long-term solution, which is why we replaced the basket assembly during the follow-up visit. We regret that this issue wasn't resolved during the initial job in 2022, but we're glad to have addressed it now. The cost of $220.28 covers the new basket assembly, and we trust this will provide a more secure and lasting solution for your sink. Long story short On 6/11/2024 I had my sewer line jetted due to a mainline blockage. Everything went well and the workers were rated excellently. On 8/22 Reliable Basement and Drain returned to my home as I am having the same problem. The plumber entered the crawlspace and immediately stated he “smells grease”, this is not covered under warranty and it will cost me $600 to clear the line again. I don’t smell grease and I never heard of such thing. I never poor grease down my drains. Personally, it sounds like some BS to me because regardless to what caused the blockage, I paid to have the blockage cleared and a few weeks later this should no occur. Besides, how do I know that it wasn’t “grease” (instead of roots, or both) that caused the problem in the first place. RBD should clear my drain or refund me because the services were not rendered. I prefer the latter. “LESS THAN ZERO” is my rating for Reliable Basement and DrainReliable Basement and Drain

Reliable basement and drain is an awesome company. They walked with me through every step of my project. Hosea and Adam were so nice and professional. They explained to me just what the process was.
