I ordered 3 Distribution Racks form them on 10/31/24 for a project that I have, and I paid $1228.80 for all three of them. I received a confirmation email immediately AB70513, but no further details. I tried calling many times but got no one on the phone, I also emailed them several times. I got an email back on 11/12 saying that they will ship on 11/25, almost a month after the order was placed. I waited and checked with them again on 11/27 and they responded with an email saying it will ship in 1 - 2 weeks. Now my project is cancelled because of this delay, and I now want the order cancelled and my money refunded. I dont believe these people are a legitimate business, rather they are scammers. Its impossible to get a person on the phone and theyre not being honest at all.Business Response

I placed an order on 11/08/2024 for an item and the company never got back with me on when it will be shipped out. No tracking number. I emailed them on 11/11/2024 on the status and got a response stating "I am checking on status now" but nothing since. I called and left a voice message on 11/12/2024 but no one has yet responded. I originally placed a online order on 11/08/2024 for a brake rotor conical washer from Auto Tool. On their website that "95% of all orders get shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon payment". On the following Monday, i sent an email just to inquiry tracking number and status and got a response stating that someone from customer service was "checking on status" and never got back with me. I left a voice mail to their number ************ on Tuesday to have someone call back but no one did. After doing some research online, I read others who had the same experience and don't believe the company plan to honor their commitment. I'm asking for a full refund to my Venmo account that I used to pay.Business Response

I ordered a wall mount audio rack from ******** Resource/ Vision Ecom LLC on October 25, 2024. It is now November 12th, and I haven't received any confirmation that this has been shipped. I have asked multiple times for tracking information and keep being told that the manufacturer isn't getting back to them. I have cancelled the order but yet have not heard anything on a refund. I recieved another bid on the same rack from a reputable company, and was told the manufacturer got back to them within the hour. This is for a sound system at a church, and it is holding up almost the entire job/install from happening.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Tracking number provided by business does not work. I have waited approximately 24hrs since receiving email with tracking number for R&L Carriers website to update, and it still says it isn't found on their website. I have attached a screenshot of the email sent to me with tracking number provided and a shot of R&L Carriers website with tracking number entered. I've also asked for a full refund and have yet to receive it, as they told me it was in process 48 hours ago. I have given this business every opportunity to own up to its mistakes. It has given me wrong and false tracking numbers and has given me many excuses as to why they haven't shipped the rack that was ordered on 10/25/24 (it is now 11/14/24). I highly recommend anyone that sees this to stay away from this business.

I purchased 10 ********* **** oil pumps Part# LM2305a-41-B on 9/30/2024. The total purchase price was ********. after shipping and taxes. I have tried to contact the company on the phone number listed on the website but it no one will pickup the phone. The voice message says sorry no one can take your call right now. I have called 3 times a day since 10/8/24. I want my items. I do not want a refund. I want them shipped within 24 hours next day air at their expense. I have attached a copy of my receipt. I bought a tool from this company and waited for a confirmation and a shipping date but never got anything so I emailed them and they said it would be shipped within a week but that went by as well so I emailed again asking for a tracking number and the next morning they canceled my order but took my money and now I have to do a dispute through my bank to get my money back. When I looked up this business I found out that it’s someone’s home not a tool warehouse just a regular residential home. It seems that a lot of people have had this same problem with this so called business but he just continues to do it to another person I guess to make money off the interest from your money in his bank account. Paid for items on 9/11/2024 and was told they would be delivered on (9/17). Contacted the business on the 19th and told they would be shipped out in 3-5 days. Never received anything (item/tracking #), nor further communication. I did more research on the business and I see this major fraud issue of being scammed by these entities is experienced by many people who made the mistake of purchasing from ********************** ***********************, and/or Vision Ecom LLC. On 8/25/2024 i ordered 3 Specialty Wrenches using ************* Website. I paid over a hundred dollars for these wrenches and this was the first time i used this website. I read the policy on website and read most orders places have very short leadtimes. Three days later still no word of my order. I do more research and find this business has a VERY track record of poor communication and lack of customer service. I called the number on my confirmation email and no person picks up and there is another business using the same phone number. I called the customer service department and you CAN NEVER speak to a live person. It is impossible. They message always says that they are too busy.
