  Nate's team did a nice job putting my multi-step system in. This was from 6/22 to 6/24 2023.
  Nate was an excellent communicator, explained things clearly, answered questions politely and professionally, and was punctual in arriving to the job site.
  I have no review of the complete system they installed yet - it has yet to rain. However, the EZ Breathe system appears to be doing its job. My basement feels better after 24 hours.
  I have a few **minor** complaints that aren't a big deal but are worth noting:
  * One of the guys slipped on the protective film they put on my stairs and nicked my plaster wall with something - a tool or a bucket perhaps. Alex, the supervisor, filled it with spackle - its better now, but you can definitely tell that someone tried to repair it. Not a big deal. Eventually this wall will be replaced with drywall anyway.
  * When returning from lunches, the crew (except for Nate, the foreman) liked to hang out in the truck for a bit before getting back to work. Not sure what that is about, but when they were working, they worked quickly and efficiently.
  * They switched off my radon mitigation system when they started the job - which is totally fine, and I told them as much. However, upon completion of the job, they forgot to turn it back on. Not a big deal, just a simple flip of the switch, and it was running again - albeit with about half the vacuum pressure prior to the installation of the drainage system. Not sure there's anything to be done about that though. Just an FYI to anyone that has a radon mitigation system, this could happen to you as well.
  * The power and float switch cables on the sump pump were kind of haphazardly placed inside the pit. I tried to place the battery backup unit up on a table so it was off the floor, and the power cables tripped the float switch on the backup pump. Took me a second but I figured it out.
  Overall pleased with the services performed and am excited to stop getting water in the basement.

  Two gentlemen properly reworked some drains that a previous crew of multiple people did, that did not fix the issue, and were quick/efficient. While the previous work was disappointing, this shows that even with mistakes, this company has been willing to rectify mistake by sending out another crew. The two men that did the job did so quickly and properly.

  Job will done! Foreman Casey F****** and crew chief Jackson n***** were very friendly! They cleaned everything up.   The crew reported early all three days and were very productive and professional. Our landscaping required additional care to restore the area against the home and they paid close attention to detail to match the pre-construction condition.
