    We purchased kitchen cabinets from Cabinets to Go in September, 2023 through a designer. We were provided with an Estimate but not a final Sales Order/Receipt by the company or the designer. The cabinets were shipped to our home, were installed and our kitchen was completed in December, 2023. There were numerous problems with the cabinets, with many being damaged upon arrival. All damaged materials were replaced to our satisfaction. We visited the store in late December of 2023 requesting our Sales Order/Receipt inclusive of unit pricing and the promised discount for the cabinets we ordered. We were told by the manager that they were not permitted to provide us with our receipt and directed to the designer for this information. The designer overcharged us for the cabinets and refused to respond to our numerous requests for our Sales Order/Receipt with unit pricing which was shared with the staff. The company representative noted that the designer has the status of a Purple Hammer, indicating a special relationship with the company. When we requested the policy from the Cabinets to Go staff that they could not provide us with these documents, we were told that there is no policy. As of this date, we have no documentation from the company of the final cost of the cabinets in our home. We are requesting all documents for our kitchen cabinets purchased from Cabinets to Go (Sales Order/Cabinet Receipt and Warranty Information), and a copy of the company policy that the staff are not permitted to provide home owners with the copies of their sales/order or receipt for cabinets upon their request.
