    I purchased 2 Chalet White Pantry Cabinets 30"x24"84" from Cabinets To Go at *********************************************************************** on 2/5/2024 (Sales Order #SO91705998). Upon purchase I received Cabinets To Go ***************************** Cabinets **************** Warranty which states for as long as I own my home, their cabinets, hinges, drawer glides, and drawer/door hardware shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. My pantry cabinets were installed in my kitchen and are not being used in a manner that would invalidate the warranty. On 5/1/25 I noticed a small crack at the top right of one of the pantry doors. I contacted Cabinets To Go customer care on 5/5/25 and was told that the crack in the door was not covered under the warranty and that I should have made a claim within 60 days of installation. I was further told that I would have to purchase a new door for $319.98. Based on the language in the warranty and that my pantry cabinets are being used as intended and have only been in my home 15 months, I believe Cabinets To Go should honor their warranty and replace the defective door at no charge to me.

    The cabinet is not cracked at or near a joint area, but at the top right area of the pantry cabinet door.

    Asked and answered. Cracking is not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty as shown in the provided warranty documentation.

    We ordered a full set of kitchen cabinets on Nov 26, 2021 and was promised delivery of all cabinets by February of 2022.
    12 cabinets were delivered in late December 2021, 4 were damaged and needed to be replaced which took another month.
    Received another partial delivery but still missing the final 3 cabinets in January. These remaining cabinets were then promised in March, April, June, July and finally in September.
    We received an email from the companies VP stating that we could reorder a different color if the cabinets ordered did not meet our project schedule. On Sept 30th, 2022 we had still not received the cabinets promised by the VP or store manager and I reached out to them again via email and did not get a response.
    In October we spoke to the store manager who said that we could wait for the remaining cabinets, or they could order another color and we should have them in a week.
    We were given a quote that would give us a credit to stick with the original color and another quote with a credit for the new color of the cabinets.
    After a few days to think it over we decided to go with the new color of cabinets, but then the store manager said the original color cabinets would be delivered in a week.
    She delivered the remaining 3 cabinets on November 4th 2022 and we compared them to the ones that had been installed. The color match with the cabinets is not the same and unacceptable. She agreed that the appearance was n/g and would work with us to either replace with the new color or replace all of the doors to match, but stated "she couldn't guarantee they would be any better"
    I sent photos and many correspondences with their customer service, but they refuse to correct the problem. We've also left multiple messages with the store manager and do not get return calls.
