    We see a Buyback from an account that matches your email address in April of 2022, but that was quoted online at the same amount it was paid - not a lower amount. If you have another Buyback and you do not understand why the payment was less than quoted, please reach out to us via email and provide the specific Buyback number.

    Claimed one of my books I sent back had water damage. I never saw any water damage on it. They kept the book and didn’t pay me the $40 the quoted me.

    We checked our records, and the book from October of 2023 that was rejected due to water damage does have images in your account of the pages that caused it to be rejected. Also, we returned that book back to your address on your account at our expense as a courtesy. It was delivered on 10/23/23 .
