    I have sold many books to Textbook Rush over several years, but the last couple of years I have noticed an alarming trend. Textbook Rush has rejected and not returned several buyback books indicating the "publisher" questions authentication. I purchased these books from ****** so I know they are not unauthorized books. As a result, Textbook Rush has the books I submitted for buyback to resale and profit, while not issuing good faith payment or return of books. Unfortunately I am leaning not to use Textbook Rush for buyback of books because of the trend to reject authorized books and deny payment to the book seller. Seller beware.

    Easy to deal with, quick processing times and no hassle on book conditioning!! Initially was skeptical, but couldn’t speak higher of their service!

    Customer service has always been great and payments are issued promptly, but the website is difficult to work with, as pages take an unreasonably long time to load and refresh. I don't have this problem with other sites I use for book buybacks, so I don't think the problem is with my internet speed. Also, the quotes for buyouts are extremely fickle, so I try not to use TextbookRush unless I am willing to get stuck with inventory for months.

    I sent my textbook early September. On September 13th I received an email that my payment was being processed. It is now November 21st and I have not received my check for the buyback. I have sent about 5 emails to them already to handle this issue and no one responds. There is also no phone number to call on the website. It was a fairly new book. Textbook Rush, if you’re seeing this, my Buyback number is *******. HELP!!!!!!

    Textbookrush is a great place to sell textbook and their quotes are very good. I have been selling books to them since 2015 and never ones had an issue. You would ship your books to them and never get worry. If your book is rejected they would return it free of charge unlike other companies that never return rejected books they keep it to themselves and others would ask you to pay for the return.     I also posted my review on another review site but I feel it’s important because there are so many sites that buy and sell books. I haven’t bought books from them only sold to them so I can’t speak about the buying process or prices of that service. I used this site and another one around the same time to sell my old school books after graduating. The other site was offering several dollars more for one book I had and between $.05 and $.55 more on a few others, so I decided to try them both out. Textbook rush was so much easier and quicker than the other site. The other site ended up making offer changes based on some of the books’ “condition” which was completely false. Most of the books I hadn’t even opened but a few times and were in almost new condition. The total paid from the other site was $10 cheaper than the original quote, so I should have just used textbook rush in the first place. Also, the books arrived to the facility in Ohio from Kentucky in just a couple of days and once my books got there I was paid within a couple more days. I sent a ton of books and was able to view the assessment progress on the website and was paid through PayPal instantly. So it took a total of about 4 days with textbook rush. The other site I used took a week total for the whole process. I won’t use any other site to sell my stuff. I also learned that they buy and sell electronics and movies/games which I plan to use in the future. Live and learn.
