5 stars****** was instrumental in helping our church navigate the extended warranty process when both our commercial refrigerator and freezer units required servicing. We needed repairs done quickly and we fumbled through the process of submitting multiple claims and reaching the correct department. Without hesitating, ****** jumped in to help out and went above and beyond to move the repairs and eventual replacement forward. He was patient, understanding, responsive to our calls and a pleasure to work with. We would like to pass along our appreciation for his time and hard work.
