Wish I could leave no stars. Jonathon Noble came to a shop of ours located in Dayton Ohio. The main reason for us calling a locksmith is we wanted to change out the locks on our front two doors and also wanted to see an estimate about resecuring our back door. Jonathon came out and informed us it would be $189 per door he then finished the two doors, then proceeded to look at the back door to give me an estimate he took off the plate to the back door to see if it was able to receive a particular lock to deadbolt or back door when taking off the plate, he has stripped multiple screws and also broke the screw head off of one of the screws and then the icing on the cake. He tells us that it was $189 per and that each door had two locks the inside and the out what we thought was only gonna be around $400 turned into $901.75. Our lawyers are going to be in touch with him and will deal with this appropriately. He is already willing to give back $50 due to the damage but we do not find that equivalent. we have pictures and proof also want to note how unprofessional this company is not only did he threaten me multiple times he made it seem like he wanted to come back here and fight me. The boy looked like a dope head. I really wish she would’ve came back and tried. can’t wait to see how this turns out. Beware!

I called Dayton locksmith on march 14 to program a key to my car 2012 equinox. I agreed to pay only $120 for key made. On March 14 I purchased 2 key fobs( that had no electronic insides or batteries inside) from eBay as a mistake on my part. Dayton locksmith sent a locksmith named Johnathon noble to cut my key. Johnathon cut the key but lied on a receipt and stated I was billed for key made+prog(program). Johnathon had no way of programming my key because the 1st 2 keys I bought from eBay had no electronics. I bought 2 more keys from eBay after March 16th 2023 that did have electronics and batteries on insides which I took one key and programmed the key in less than 10 seconds. I reported this issue of being ripped off by Johnathon to KEYBANK(kb). kb reimbursed me the $47.35 on March 15, 2023 but between March 25th-27th kb reversed the $47.35. Dayton locksmith called me on July 31st 2023 and said they would reimburse me the $47.35 if I sent them a copy of kb reversal. I sent Dayton locksmith the reversal info but Dayton locksmith called me on August 1st and told me Dayton locksmith decided to not reimburse me because a technician ( name not disclosed)but is known as Johnathon noble said to not reimburse me. I asked Dayton locksmith staff lady to release info on address so I can address my concerns in court but was denied any info about the thief who is known as Johnathon noble who ripped me off. I now know that transparency is what it is and Johnathon noble is a predator rip off artist because not returning phone messages or texts is a prerequisite to a predator who rips off people. Ripping me off surely is not the 1st time Johnathon noble has ripped anyone off. It would be a Guinness book world record to think that Mr noble just came out of nowhere to be associated with Dayton locksmith and noble locks and committed its 1st violation of fraud and thievery. I included numerous pictures with evidence that Mr noble had no way of programming my key but got no comment
