    ON 09/27/23 I CONTACTED SPRINGBORO LOCKSMITH @************ REGARDING NEEDING MY SAFE UNLOCK. THEY SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN NAME *** WITH CONTACT INFORMATION ************ (WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT IS ASSOCIATED WITH NOBLE LOCKSMITH). THE TECHNICIAN COULDN'T PROVIDE WITH PRICING UP FRONT AND ENDED UP TAKING OUT THE LOCK TO THE SAFE. AFTERWARD HE SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THE SAME LOCKSTYLE IN STOCK AND IT WILL BE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE HE CAN GET IT HERE TO REPLACE IT. I WAS CHARGED 825.00 TO GET MY SAFE UNLOCK AFTER THE FACT. I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTED SINCE 09/27 TO CONTACT THE *** @************ MULTIPLES TIME AND DID NOT GET A RESPONSE. I EVEN CONTACTED SPRINGBORO LOCKSMITH SERVICES AND SPOKE TO A LADY NAME BRENDA 855-443-2220 AND SHE WAS ALSO SHOCKED THAT THE TECHNICIAN NEVER CAME BACK OUT. FAST FORWARD TO 1/22/24, MY SAFE STILL DOES NOT HAVE A LOCK. BANK WAS NOT ABLE TO PROCEED WITH MY DISPUTE DUE TO THE NO CONTRACT IN PLACE AND THE TECHNICIAN WROTE ON THE RECIEPT THAT SAFE UNLOCK FOR $825.54 HOWEVER I WAS PAYING THAT WITH THE IMPRESSION THAT HE WILL BE BACK TO REPLACE THE LOCK. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM SEEKING FOR EITHER THE JOB TO BE FINISH OR THE SERVICE REFUNDED

    I called Dayton locksmith(DL) in bel fountain Ohio at ************ between March 14, 2023 to March 15, 2023 for a key to be cut for my 2012 Equinox. DL sent a ********* ***** ( white male see to be between 25-35 years old) to cut my key. After cutting key, ********* said he will program key free but when. He tried to he realized he could not because inside of key had no electronics or battery inside. ********* had me sign a portable debit card machine which had no dollar amount of what I was charged. He also gave me a receipt that I found had the incorrect amount I authorized which was for only 1 key cut for $120********* write on paper receipt he programmed the key which was a lie ripping me off for an xtra $47.35. I noticed lie in receipt as I came into my place but when I tried to catch ********* before he left as I ran back to confront him for overcharge, he was gone. I called my bank who gave me $47.35 credit and reversed the credit 2 days later. I called *********’s phone number at 937-231-9211 but got no answer for several months. After complaining to several areas including Ohio attorney general ********* lied again by responding to my text sent to him requesting my $47.35 back but ********* responded with the lie that he remembered programming my key. I bought my key fob from eBay who admitted as well that the key I bought from them had no electronics on the inside affirming ********* had no way of programming the key. I bought another set of key fobs around a week to 2 weeks later which when I received the fob, I programmed the key in less than 10 seconds myself. ********* ***** and Dayton locksmith ripped me off and they have no remorse for doing so by not answering my complaint as to the key fobs I’ve shown that have no electronics in them. I am not a magician or have power to make a key programmable after it could not be programmed in the 1st places. I just want my money back.
