    Maintenance is horrible. My toilet was accidentally clogged this evening at 8:30 PM, and when I contacted maintenance the receptionist informed me I have to wait until the morning. When I informed him I only have one toilet in my home and it is considered an emergency, he stated he would have to send a plumber out at my expense. What is the point in having maintenance if maintenance doesnt do their job at all but contact third parties consistently? I stated to the manager that I also work in property management, and asked him if he was choosing to be lazy and refuse to send a technician out to help first before calling a plumber or was he going to just contact a plumber and not attempt to complete his job at all and would this be a consistent thing so I knew for future references. He stated he doesnt have to help me and I can deal with it and hung up the phone. I have called over 10 times with the attempt to get a response. The customer service is crappy and they do not help at all.This is not the first time this has happened! The workers choose who to help and when to help, and they think their residents do not know the correct policies or procedures when dealing with property management and it is truly unacceptable. I have two small children and I am expected to deal with it. If I have to pay consistently for maintenance All Neo County does not need a maintenance team because their maintenance team is not fully fulfilling maintenance request.
