    Daamon L ***************, **** I was renting for just one year and after the lease was up I had to go. Whether I had somewhere to go or not, I wasn't signed another lease with them. Just as a NOTE make sure you document or not, I wasn't signed another lease with them. Just as a NOTE make sure you document everything and video tape, when you MOVE IN and ESPECIALLY when you move out. Like I did upon moving out.Upon moving in there was work that wasn't completed. I put in maintenance requests after request with no response to complete. I lived in that home WITH NO SCREENS IN ANY OF THE WINDOWS FOR A WHOLE YEAR. Raising the electric bill, because the Air and Heat had to be running most of the time.Also, there was no FRESH AIR. What was I supposed to do open the windows anyway and let the FLIES AND OTHER INSECTS IN TO DEVOUR US JUST FOR SOME FRESH AIR? BESIDES THERE NOT HELPING PAY THE RENT, SO IM NOT LIVING WITH THEM. The backdoor had a big plastic window, that needed to be replaced and fell out and hit my 8 year old granddaughter in the Head causing a Big Hicky on her head (have the pictures to show).The front screen door you had to use a brick to hold the door open, if you had to bring multiple things in and out.Also the **** PUMP broke it 3 weeks to get fixed. And the only reason they fixed it is, because I was going to put there rent my in RENT ESCROW, that'd where you can go to the courthouse and file a complaint when the LANDLORD won't fix stuff.Also, every month I paid my rent before the first and I was charged late fees.I had to call every month to get those reversed, every month. They said, it was a problem with their billing system. Yeah right, they was just trying to catch people slipping. There billing statements are so confusing, it doesn't make sense.I contacted maintenance with all the issues that I had (have that documented also), they told me they had to contact the owner first. The owner should respond in a timely manner or else.

    You submitted a move out notice on 1/16/24. You vacated the property but did not repair the damages you caused prior to your departure. The owner of the property provided you with a list of charges against your security deposit.  Unfortunately, your security deposit did not cover the entire expense of the repairs.  Since you did not pay the balance due our client, you have been sent to collections.

    I DAMAGE ANYTHING, THEY'RE LYING PERIOD. THE GARAGE DOOR WAS THE WAY IT WAS WHEN I MOVED IN.

    THEY OWED ME 14 DAYS AND THE CHARGED $2000.00 FOR A GARAGE DOOR. THAT IS RIDICULOUS, A GARAGE DOOR DOESN'T COST THAT MUCH PERIOD. AND I DIDN'T DAMAGE IT. THIS IS THE KIND OF GAMES THESE PEOPLE PLAY. YOU NEED TO READ THE REST OF THEIR REVIEWS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I'M NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING THAT I DIDN'T DO.

    I am a property owner, and contracted with them to find a tenant for my home. they have been terribly unprofessional, and have chosen not to renew with them.

    i returned the proof of damages and unpaid water bill to them in early November.  

    In January , they sent me $650, but it didn't cover the damages. 

    Now, they are trying to collect $240 for the water bill, for a tenant who moved out in October without paying her water bill.  

    I do not owe them anything, as they are supposed to take care of these things.

    Hello ******,

    Regarding the security deposit, the amount requested by you was withheld from the resident and refunded to you on 12/15/23.  This is reflected in your December 2023 statement. 

    On December 20th 2023 your remaining $500 reserve was also sent to you.

    The resident has provided proof of payment for the water bill, which you can also confirm by contacting the water department. The tenant made the payment on 11/16/23.

    The resident paid the $219.40 water bill, which was also deducted from her security deposit, which is why the resident is requesting the refund. 

    If you fail to return the deposit, the resident is indicating that she will take you to court as she has proof of payment for the water bill, which again you can confirm by contacting the water department. 

    Please let our office know if you intend on returning the $219.40 for the water bill that was paid by the resident.

    Today is supposed to be my move in day, December 10, 2023. But these ********* forgot or just didn't feel like putting the KEYS. THE ONE THING I NEED TO MOVE IN, INTO THE LOCKBOX FOR ME TO OBTAIN. THIS IS THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED!NOT TO MENTION THAT THE OFFICES ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY! UTILITIES ARE IN MY NAME, LEASE IS SIGNED AND I ONLY HAVE ACCESS TODAY TO GET THE KEYS! THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A MANAGEMENT COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
