5 starsWe recently hired APCO to replace our front screen door. A few years ago we had them replace two other screen doors along with storm windows and gutters. They did such a good job we didnt hesitate to hire them again.From the initial ordering to installation, they were a very thorough and professional team.Wouldnt hesitate to contact them again if we wanted to improve our home in the future.A very happy customer!APCO

5 starsWe hired APCO to replace a front entry door and storm door damaged in a break-in & theft. There were several complex existing conditions that APCO addressed with ease. The job was 100% professional and done right. The material we purchased from ************ workmanship quality is first-rate. The work was carried out with impressive efficiency. 5 starsAPCO built an all season room for us which we absolutely love. We wanted a place to sit and enjoy the outdoors while being nice and warm inside. Also, wanted a place for a hot tub. APCO was able to give us exactly what we wanted. Our production manager did a great job coordinating all the different aspects to get this room built, permits, inspections, electricians, HVAC and others. Our builder was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent builder. I am a perfectionist but yet want things done in a timely manner and they were able to achieve this. Our all season room is a gorgeous extension of our home. We not only have our new hot tub in the room but also have plenty of space for a sitting area. The room has its own heating and cooling system so we are able to enjoy it year round. We could not be happier with the service during the building of our all season room from APCO.APCO

1 starWouldnt give one star if it was an option. They didnt bring the materials to make the window stops or the screens for any of my six windows on the installation day. When they put the trim coil around the windows they replaced it with the wrong color. It took almost seven weeks for them to come back with the material to do the stops and the correct color trim. They then put the new trim on, but they didnt caulk it. This was a 2 day job. Prior to the workers coming back to finish the trim a piece had already fallen off from the day 1 work. I was told they didnt have the correct color if caulking to complete the job. The supervisor couldnt explain to me why they would have even started the trim without the correct materials. The entire process was probably over three months. They finally got it right, and of course they wanted payment released immediately! I had a garage built that took less time to complete then it did for six windows to be installed. This was not acceptable. During the nearly six weeks we were waiting for the stops to be installed I didnt place the blinds back up on the windows that needed them. I never imagined that they would wait to complete that when they came back out for the trim. It took them 4 days to get our screens out to us. And, of course my wife had to take off three half days of work when they were working inside. It should have only been 1 day!I will never use APCO again, and Ill never recommend them to anyone.APCO

5 starsThe team that came out to put the deck in did a great job. i would have no problem recommending Apco. I felt bad for the guys as they lost time due to waiting for the inspector 2 different ********* just waiting for the next project to start Siding and gutters...also by Apco.APCO
