The installers for the windows and siding were great! The follow up was thorough. We live out of their area and communication was key and everyone stayed in touch. Would definitely recommend.

We had APCO replace all the siding, trim, and gutters on our house. From start to finish they were extremely professional, responsive to our needs and did a quick and efficient job. Their sub contractor was a real pleasure to have at our property and the oversight by the project manager was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to friends and colleagues.APCO

I have known the APCO organization for decades. As a Realtor, I used them three or four times. Each project was relatively small. APCO was quick to complete their work and they always did Good work. My Clients were Happy and I was Happy. When my wife and I wanted to add a small Sunroom, it was appropriate to consider APCO. I contacted APCO by phone and a nice person began the process to schedule our appointment. A few days later, we received a letter from ******************* President of APCO. Im sure it was a form letter, but We were impressed none the less. The letter introduced us to ************************************. Project/Sales Manager. The letter confirmed our first meeting and provided additional information. ******* was cordial and relaxed. Not a High pressure guy. My wife explained her desired goal, for the Sunroom and I contributed my suggestions. We eventually came to an agreement and product was ordered. Many people contributed to the finished Sunroom we Enjoy today. It did take longer than we planned. We found Supply issues to be annoying. We Love the end result !!! We would like to list every APCO employee who was Helpful or Exceptional but we will miss someone. ****, ******* ****** ***** ***** ***** ****** ************ ****, ****** ****** ****** ***** ****** ******** The guy who runs the ***************** , the Sub contractors who worked on ***********. **** at APCO Columbus was quick to get me an estimate for all new windows. Tricky install as we were switching from sliders to double-hung windows. Custom sizes meant manufacture to spec rather than retrofit. ***** was project manager and kept me informed about timeline. Install crew was skilled and made everything look so polished. Wow.APCO

1 starWould 100% not recommend this company to outsource any of your home improvements. I feel that I was lead in the wrong direction with ordering windows and doors for a renovation and received HORRIBLE communication along the way. I do not usually take it to the next step and write reviews, but I definitely do not want anyone else to have to deal with what I have for the last year. Look elsewhere and definitely dont order Plygem windows!
