  Excellent service! & excellent response time - scheduled me for Tuesday, but then called me, ******* could make it today & called me, 40 minutes away, & was on his way. Was very up front with what was wrong with my furnace, explained to me, & let me take pictures, so I knew it was above board. This company was referred to me by co-worker at *********************, offers Military discount.

  **** was a great technician, kind, answered all of my questions and knowledgeable about the job. He figured out the problem quickly and told me what to do if it happens again. He throughly checked my furnace and told me to call and ask for him if the problem happens again. Appreciate his friendly demeanor.

  ****** did a very thorough job checking out our furnace. He found that a part needed replaced on our 20 year old furnace and was able to replace the part before he left. ****** was very kind, knowledgeable and respectful!

  So I have used *** for a full HVAC replacement at the end of July 2024. The initial instal was pretty botched; they left trash all over, they broke the cement pad the furnace sits on, they failed to correctly size the duct work that lines up with the new unit and slapped aluminum tape across the 2" gap instead, and instead or correctly placing the gas line they simply cut into the side of my brand new unit so they wouldn't have to do extra work. After the install there was no quality control or supervisor that checked the work.I then had an issue with a leak after activating the heat. A tech came to fix that then the next day I had no heat at all. *** the project manager came to check out the atrocity they called a furnace install and agreed to replace the furnace. The communication to get to this point was the worst I've ever had from a company and the worst costumer service. It took 7 visits from the initial complaint to get them to correct the issue they created with the initial install. This was the worst professional interaction I've ever experienced! Use Atlas ******, they are amazing!Finally got a new furnace installed and looks better but time will ******* finish I spoke with *** and we agreed upon a partial reimbursement for the labor on the instal. I was told I would receive a check in 5-7 days by mail. After 2 weeks my wife called to inquire about the check. She received a txt from *** stating once the review I posted reflected the work done he would send the check. This was never agreed upon or mentioned in the deal. What I won't stand for is someone trying to to blackmail my wife or me for personal gain and to keep the bad truth about the company under wraps. This was so unprofessional and disgusting. *** finally came out not on the day we planned but 2 days later and gave me the check and watched me delete the initial review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CJS HEATING AND COOLING!
