    *** is a fantastic company! I've had them install my furnace and my central A/C unit approximately 5 years ago and had each of them serviced twice a year before the cooling or heating season begins. The service people are courteous, thorough and very knowledgeable...they're true specialists. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for an honest, reputable installation or service company.

    The technician who came out to service my A/C was ******. He was on time and prepared for the job, which is very important to me, but even better than that was that he communicated clearly and with detail about what the possible problems were and outlined what my options were for fixing them. This is very much appreciated. As a company, *** has a very nice added bonus for military members! They will enroll you in their **************** which entitles you to several great benefits, including 2 annual tune*** *** and discounts on repairs or system replacement. I highly recommend this company!

    We just had a new hot water heater installed. The process went very smoothly and **** explained it along the way. Afterwards, he showed me what I would need to do annually to flush it. He is very friendly and patient! I highly recommend ***!

    CJS Heating and Air recently addressed an air conditioning issue at our historical 1858 Meeting House. We were very impressed with technician ******** knowledge. He was very timely, professional and courteous. He took the time to listen to our concerns and was very prompt in diagnosing the problems. He patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and client education. He brought all the concerns to our attention and gave us several options for the repairs or replacement of the system. The service provided by ****** was excellent, and *** is highly recommended for reliable and trustworthy HVAC services.Thank you again ****** and CJS for showing us what true customer service is all about.
