    I have been a customer of *** for about 10 years. The technicians from *** have all been cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the communication via email and text for reminders. You always know exactly which technician will provide service due to the text and/or email with their name and photo.

    This was an emergency call. The technician came at the time promises. He was very friendly and efficient. He identified the problem, had the part on the truck and quickly took care of the issue.

    First of all, I was amazed CJS was able to come out to repair my AC within 2 days of my call. Received advance notification and ****** ******** arrived promptly, based on expected schedule. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, did his best to get my existing AC working, but it is an 20 yr-old system. He provided options and when I decided I would purchase a new AC system he worked with me to obtain the most workable financial arrangements for me. He followed through on everything he said he would. More kudos to *** who came out to install a new AC the very same day!
