    *************** company! I have a brand-new dual-fuel generator with zero hours. Everything was done according to the manual in setting it up, rechecked multiple times. I am in a power outage and it will not start either on propane or on gasoline. Support will not respond. Trying to speak with someone, anyone, is impossible. This is under warranty and warranty is clearly not being honored. I am now out $700 which I struggled to get together to make this purchase. Now, that I need it, it is completely useless. I will not trust another Westinghouse product. Any business with this poor customer service should never be trusted or supported. I have no clue what to do now, I am stuck with a massive very expensive paperweight.

    Ive sent several emails and tired to call several timeshonestly I wish I could give this company -5 stars. I have had a generator from them less than a year and supposedly its still under warranty. I purchased this in March and have been trying to get help since July. Used it one time and now it will not start. When I finally get to talk to someone 3rd party they always say help is around the corner and then nothing happens. I go to ********** where I purchased this *** from and its nothing they can do, its mind blowing and sad honestly. So if youre a person who works at Westinghouse I hope everything in ur life dies slowly in ur face! And to the CEO of **********, I bet someone in ur working circle is aware of some of the *** business organizations you all do business with..and just think you all play on this whole America first BS, thats laughable! So its ok to take a hard working person 700$ for a product that dont work and no one can make it right? I guess thats the America we live in now huhI hope ur loss prevention numbers are insane and keep going up! Whats the difference in the stealing you all are doing? Anyways if by chance anyone reads this Ill tell you a million times PLEASE GO TO ***** AND STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING THAT IS WESTINHOUSE! I will leave reviews for the rest of my life about how bad they are and hopefully I save one person from this BS!

    I purchased a WGen12000DF on 2/14/24. At first it was very hard to start. I called Westinghouse and got a case # on 4/2/24. Eventually I got it to start and run for a few hours per the manual. After that it would start and run for the next three times. Each of those three times I ran it for about a half an hour. the next time I started it it ran very rough and smoked to the point that my neighbors thought my house was on fire. i have contacted Westinghouse at least nine times and still have no resolve and a generator that does't work. I think I will have to contact an attorney to get any thing done. DO NOT BUY A WESTINGHOUSE GENERATOR THEY DO DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

    Case ****** Approximately 2 year old $1,500 power generator model 7500/8500 unit as of January 2024. Used only 6 times to maintain charge on its battery. Auto start P.B. failed within 3 months of purchase. Never connected to house load for emergency use, ever.Failed to start at all, even manual pull start January *******. Started case ****** on that ******* resolution as of August ******* after innumerable phone calls, texts and emails back and forth with no resolution over 7 months.Extremely rude customer service hang up, *** saying they didn't have any record of any of our ongoing phone calls or history as of August.Sent ***lacement part in February 2024 that didn't work. Took unit to service center who were unable to fix after also conversing with them via phone and text messages and advised them that the ***lacement part didn't work, nor did any other phone advisement.4 escalation attempts to upper management requests with no response ever, and on and on.This has been a service organization that has done nothing but deflect, defer, defend and guard against escalation to anyone in upper management that can do something about this long-standing ********* service person should be ***rimanded for his rudeness, abruptness and argumentativeness after rudely hanging up the phone during one of the **************** callback after 4 escalation requests to *********** of August 29, 2024.

    Been waiting for parts for 4 months. No customer service: there website lies on the parts that are listed, and they ship incomplete parts kits. They ship fragile products (mixed in with metal parts) like head gaskets in ways they will be unusably damaged. Terrible company, total scam they want a one time sale and then forget about you.

    I have a brand new generator that stopped working after 25 hours. Their support team can't help me and are so over whelmed w/ the same issues from other customers in which I can't get any warranty help. Do not buy a Westinghouse is my message to ALL. There equipment is a chinese manufactured problem. Pay extra and get a Duramax or another brand.

    Used during hurricane ***** and generator exploded after 3-4 days. Westinghouse has refused to handle claim and they just won't respond to Case #SC289985. Highly disappointed in company and I would not recommend or purchase again.

    I bought an air conditioner from ************* box came damaged, product ended up being damaged. A total of 24 messages were sent to ************* they refused to give me a refund, in turn they sent me another air conditioner which also had packaging torn up worse than the first air conditioner. Refuse to refund me after sending me 2 damaged defective items.

    I purchased a Westinghouse generator from *********** Worked about 12 minutes. Now if it starts at all will only run 20 (no load) and quit. Called and got a case number. Later got an email saying to check the oil, disconnect the oil pressure switch. No help. Made a video and sent to Westinghouse. No response.Do yourself a favor and save your money. Don;'t buy a Westinghouse generator. If you get a good one great. But their customer service and warranty is a joke.******************************* Pine Mountain, **.

    WP12000 Pro lasted 3 years with light use. 270 hours out of the 3 year warranty Warranty coverage does not matter to me I just needs some support so I can get it fixed. Down for 3 weeks and ticket opened with them for 14 days and all they have provided me is a call back which I have not gotten at all Ive called them 3 times and all they do is tell me they will have someone call back. This is amazing that you can spend nearly 2500 for something and you wont even get a call in any sort of timely fashion. What if it was needed for an urgent matter or power outage. They wont even call you.DONT BUY there products if the cannot support them and leave you hanging out to dry for WEEKS!
