      Tek collect is trying to collect money from me because I stopped paying smile direct club because they went bankrupt and didnt complete the agreed upon treatment. They breached their contract so there for I dont owe them money. They added it to my credit report and I asked them to take it off and the lady yelled at me and hung up.

      I have a false debt from *************** on my credit report that Tek-Collect is attempting to collect. I have never been a *********** customer, never used their services, and have no account with them. Despite disputing this with both Tek-Collect and ***********, Tek-Collect continues to report this debt and even pressures me to set up a payment plan for something I do not owe.This company has shown zero willingness to investigate or validate the debt properly. Their practices are misleading, damaging, and harmful to consumers. Adding fraudulent accounts to credit reports is unacceptable.I am now forced to escalate this matter further to have it removed. Based on my experience and after reviewing numerous similar complaints from others, I strongly advise anyone dealing with Tek-Collect to proceed with caution.

      I wish I could leave 1 star. Horrible awful people with rude customer service. They are supporting the issue with smile direct club users a couple years ago. They are collecting debts for *** customers who paid thousands of dollars for straight teeth aligners but didnt receive treatment or received broken treatment.
