I am a hospice nurse and I was at a patient’s home to do wound care, and 10 minutes after being in their home this company came and towed and impounded my car, even though I had the home care services pass hanging on my mirror.
They then tried to charge me an additional $60 higher fine than what was listed on the private parking sign which they told me I had to pay in cash. When I told the rep that I was not gonna pay any additional amount other than what was listed on the sign they told me I need to learn to read. I had a picture of the sign and I showed it to him. They accused me of not showing a picture of the sign from that lot. As if I drive around taking pictures of impound signs?!
They also charged me a daily storage rate in addition to the fine listed on the sign. Even though they had only had my car for one hour.
I had to have someone come pick me up to bring me there to get my car, that person walked in to their trailer office with me to be with me because it’s a little tiny trailer, and three guys standing there in it. And the whole time they were telling my friend that she was not allowed to be in the trailer office with me that she had to go back to her car. My friend told them that there was no sign posted anywhere that said people had to wait in their cars and could not stand to be with someone.
Then they said I had to walk by myself back to the actual impound lot with a guy to get my car and they would not let my friend walk with me. So she waited by a gate and they sent a Rottweiler dog out by where she was.
This place is shameless and honestly it’s really low to tow anyone’s car from a spot after 10 minutes, but especially someone who is doing home health hospice care for a patient. There was plenty of parking left in that lot when my car was there.
And It was already a very sad unfortunate situation, but they made it worse by trying to rip me off and then being threatening towards my friend.

My car was towed by this company after I was inside a friend's apartment for less than 10 minutes dropping off medication. My friend attempted to get his attention by hitting on my car to let him know the owner of the car was here and to let the car down. He pulled away almost running her feet over. I called the number on the sign and he answered and told me to come to the tow yard by 7:45pm or i wouldn't be able to retrieve my vehicle until 10am the next morning. I arrived at 7:30pm and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for him to arrive with my vehicle. Upon arrival he was mishandling my car by first off having it on the wrong kind of truck. My truck should only be on a flat bed. He asked me to go to the trailer on the property to pay for the tow fee and I told him there was no one in the trailer but I wanted a copy of his tow policy because my friend said vehicles being towed only applied to overnight guests. Upon asking for the policy not once but 3 times he became aggravated and pulled off with my vehicle which he took on a 15 minute ride through the streets surrounding west 130th. He hit ever curb and hole with my vehicle. He had my tires smoking he was driving my car so fast. He dropped the back of my car down and proceeded to drag my bumper on the ground. Needless to say the police were called but we're unable to provide any assistance as they boosted the price from $185 to $319. But if I come back in the morning at 10am then my price would be $157. This is how you know they are crooks and need to be immediately shut down. I have filed a police report and will be seeking legal counsel in order to sue for damages. I encourage anyone else who has experienced wrong doing by this company to contact me at msdek1@yahoocom in order to start a class action suit against them.

Great towing service, every time I call they always answer and make sure the problem is taken care of. I read some of the other reviews and can understand why they’re mad but nobody is going to be happy to get their vehicle towed. Have use their towing service for the past 3 years and plan to for the next 10!! Thank you private property impounds
