    I had recently purchased a vehicle and didn’t get a chance to go to the management office because it was closed at the time I came to the house. As I was walking back outside to head back to work for the evening I see the tow truck out there in the lot I said I’m moving and got in my car put the car in drive he proceeds to back into my vehicle I blow the horn he hooks my vehicle up and lifts the car In the air while I’m in the car. He gets out and becomes rude stating I can’t do that once he takes pictures the car is his I explained you weren’t even at my car at the time of me getting in so you can’t just hook me up as I’m trying to pull off. This man starts cursing saying my boss is on the phone she said it’s going to be $65 for him to drop the car or it’s going with me in it. I told him that illegal because I have a camera facing toward my car and it will show he didn’t get to my car before I attempted to pull off. He didn’t care became irrational saying pay me now or pay more later. I only had $60 in my pocket he said he’s not accepting less than $65 so I had to call someone to bring me $5 from in the house because if I had gotten out the car he would pull off as I’ve seen him do many times to other tenants. Then again today he’s back doing the same thing to my neighbor but he wanted to lead so badly due to more people being outside complaining he took a lower fee in order to drop her car. Spoke with someone from the company via email about the issues and basically was told it’s all my fault and the drivers don’t have to wait for anyone because I stay In a bad neighborhood but this is the only type of area this company services which is all low income housing so if the area’s are so bad why take the contracts and then come with your mace and guns being very rude to the tenants just to extort us for money in order to drop the car even though we got in the car before the driver was able to back into it.

    *my vehicle was towed from my place of living
    * they said my plates were expired but technically they are not . My sticker was inside my vehicle just an honest mistake and forgot to put the new sticker on. Anything could have happened someone could have stolen my sticker , or I could have been waiting for it to come in the mail . Yet they towed my vehicle .
    * I had to pay $185 to get it out the impound which was not fair if I had proof .

    They took my car a total of 4 different times each time charging me more I have told them the car is a business car for company and only means of transport they threatened me when I called and they threatened to shoot me

    My car was parked in my apartment complex they entered my car illegally and towed my car illegally they said I didn't have the necessary parking pass but later admitted to it being in there

    This company is predatory. A neighbor saw this company pull into the lot and get out of the truck; but once the tow co driver saw that he was being watched, he left without towing any car. They returned later (early morning hours) to tow my vehicle out of my OWN garage. I have lived here for a year and had no issues but when I called, the tow company said they didn’t see my parking permit tag (it was in the car) and the garage door wasn’t closed. Our garage doors do not close, they are inoperable, they’ve never closed during my residency. This person had to walk all the way to the back of my garage to take pics of what they “couldn’t see”. When I asked, “if I show you where it is when I get there, will I still have to pay $185?” She said “yes, and if you do it again we’ll tow it again!” and hung up on me. When I got there, I was told cash only and I’d get a receipt when I came back. I left, got exact change, as one sign of many on the walls of this very small trailer said is what they require. A sign outside said they do not allow anyone other than the title owner (witnesses) in the trailer. When I pulled back in the second time, a young man came out and said “I’ll take your money and show you where your car is”. No receipt was provided…for $185 cash. Until I returned with the same witness, they then wrote out my receipt. This place is shady in every possible way.

    No permit in the vehicle at the time of the tow and we take pictures of the car before we tow the vehicle to show that the permit was not visible. It violates the lease to not have the permit displayed in the vehicle at the time it is being parked on the property.

    My vehicles were impounded here. Upon retrieval of my vehicles, customer service was non existent. Damaged occurred to my vehicle and the photos that were supposedly taken would not be released upon customer’s request. They threatened me numerous times and did not answer any questions I have.

    It towed my car in was Extremely rude lied over the phone one employee told me one price in he told me a different price he threaten me in on called me a ***** as he step in to his office not once but twice this ridiculous in nobody’s doing nothing about look at the reviews on this man this is unacceptable everybody is human
