      Wow, what a disappointing day. We received a notification this morning in the Lumi app that you are no longer supporting the device so we won't be able to use it anymore after March 31. Our baby monitor still works fine and I'm confused why you would choose to prevent me from using my device when it still works. I totally get not supporting/repairing devices but to turn them off when they still work feels pretty gross. The lesson I have learned here is that I can't actually trust Pampers to stand behind their products. Not sure that's what you were going for but that's certainly the headline from the company.

      The Swiffer product they sell is defective. I was able to use it ONCE before it died. I purchased their cleaning solutions but the Swiffer "mop" would not spray as it should. Over $60 was spent on this product ['mop" / solution / pads] and I was only able to mop my apartment once. I should have kept my spin mop bucket; I used it for years and it never let me down.

      I purchased two electric tooth brushes a couple days ago on OralB.com. ****** had a cheaper price today. I called and chatted with Oral-B customer service several times to see about cancelling order or to get price difference. They can't cancel since it shipped and they don't price match. Told me to return, which I have to pay for return shipping, then wait up to 10 weeks for a prepaid **** card. This is ridiculous. Any other company would be able to offer quick and easy refund. This company is way behind the times.

      P & G has terrible customer relations AS SEEN BY THEIE ONE STAR CUSTOMER REVIEW RATING they do not reply to complaints and ignore concerns

      My 15 yr old received 1st-degree chemical burns after using old spice deodorant. Horrible product. found out there are thousands of people who were burned also. I will be suing
