5 starsI just had a hot water tank installed, and I couldn't be happier! The service was fantastic from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze, and everyone in customer service was super friendly. Mario G., the plumber who came out, did an amazing job! The installation went smoothly, and he left everything nice and tidy. They were on time and kept their word about calling a half hour before they arrived. Customer service rep was also very friendly over the phone. Thank you! 5 starsOutstanding! Excellent work, very professional crew. Did a free estimate with no charge for using the camera to investigate my problem. Prior plumbing company’s estimate was over three times the cost from The Plumbing Source plus a $1295 charge for using the camera. They were clearly taking advantage. The Plumbing Source could not have been more thoughtful and thorough as well as extremely careful with clean-up, etc. Definitely will keep The Plumbing Source as my preferred plumber.
