    The plumbing source is our go to source for plumbing services. The specialists are always on time and do great work. The prices are fair. I appreciate that this company has great communication and customer service. I feel so many companies lack that now days. I will continue to use the plumbing source and recommend them to others.

    RIPOFF REPORT!!!! BEWARE!!!! Called for an estimate. They came out same day. I told them it was a touch high. Literally less than hour work and they wanted 281 plus tax. They replied back with sorry my budget couldn't afford it. Nothing like insulting your potential customer! BTW... I am a Manager @ Meta.... I make very good money! I can afford, but there is a difference affording and just being taken advantage of. Seriously.... 280 an hour plus tax. I think I should go hire a bunch of plumbers, pay them 100k a year each. I would still be making 230 an hour off each of them! Thats insane! Thats taking advantage of people! People wake up and stop being ripped off by companies like this! No one is worth that much money! LOL... cant wait to see the crap reply this company is going to give on here! People beware! I needed a toilet disconnected and unbolted from floor. Scrape up old wax, install new wax, set new toilet that is right next to "old" toilet on the ground floo,. bolt back down and hook water back up. Yes - I will figure it out myself.... its not that difficult! I just didnt want to bother with it!

    Fine job installing a furnace and air conditioner -- BUT THE INSTALLERS TRIED TO CONNECT THE APRILAIRE HUMIDIFIER TO A CAST IRON WATER PIPE USING A SADDLE VALVE, so the humidifier that we paid $470.00 NEVER WORKED. I called the company, and the representative vehemently said they would not fix the problem because they don't do furnace work any more. I said it was a plumbing problem, not a furnace problem, but he angrily refused!

    Have used the Plumbing Source on our 1930 built home in Cleveland heights many times for over 20 years, for repairs and upgrades big & small, from new sewer line to water supply on/off valves. They are consistently excellent. They do what they say they will do and we have never had to do a callback to fix any mistakes. Technicians are polite, respectful of property and clean up the work area. Our water heater failed over the weekend and they came out this morning to replace it as well as to make sure all supply valves were in good condition. Would highly recommend the Plumbing Source!

    The Plumbing Source has consistently done a great job for me on several issues with my 60+ year old home. They show up on time, ready to work, finish the work in a reasonable amount of time and are priced fairly.. No matter which team they send, each is friendly, competent and respectful. The Plumbing Source is now my go-to plumbers for any plumbing issue. Great team!

    Been using this company (and Peter H. the plumber) for years and will continue to do so. Great customer service, on time, and calls 1/2 hour before coming out. Peter works quickly, and cleans up afterwards. Highly recommend.
