5 starsMicroSec truly went above and beyond. My computer had no wifi was full of issues, and I felt completely stuck. Their remote tech team calmly handled everything fixed the wifi, cleared out a virus, and even installed the apps I needed. What really impressed me was how respectful and understanding they were. They also gave me a senior citizen discount, which meant a lot. It’s rare to find a computer repair service that’s this professional, patient, and genuinely caring. I’m grateful and will definitely turn to them for any future tech support.

5 starsJude called immediately and gave me an overview of what he would be able to do. He was very efficient and obviously has a lot of expertise. He explained each step along the way and cleared up my problems. He also installed a different virus and malware program that should keep me protected going forward.
