5 starsWoah!! that was indeed an awesome experience. So what happened was I was getting all sorts of pop-ups and I knew by the look of it that it was suspicious and need my computer checked cleaned and secured. Thumbtack got me connected to Microsec and they just proved themselves by providing such an amazing virus removal service and computer repair service. They really have done a great job and also I dont have to buy a new computer now.MicroSec®

Within one session, not only is the audio issue fixed, but computer was cleaned up and optimized to run like new. Asked them to put a strong security to keep things safe moving forward. 5 starsMicroSec truly went above and beyond. My computer had no wifi was full of issues, and I felt completely stuck. Their remote tech team calmly handled everything fixed the wifi, cleared out a virus, and even installed the apps I needed. What really impressed me was how respectful and understanding they were. They also gave me a senior citizen discount, which meant a lot. It’s rare to find a computer repair service that’s this professional, patient, and genuinely caring.
