    I purchased a product in August. 3 weeks ago, No tracking number . The number listed is a busy singnal all day and when you get a regular dial tone its a recording and no one ever returns your call. I have sent emails which go unanswered. Mine was a $90.00 supplement. Not cheap!!! I would not recommend this company!! Poor customer service. i would not even give them a one star rating.

    we apologize for the delay in communication. It appears the product is currently on backorder we do not have an eta as to when it will be available. We have since placed the order out of stock. A full refund has been initiated, please allow 2-7 days to process, again we apologize for any inconvenience

    Giving a one star to this vendor is also too much based on my experience with them. A minus if added to the stars, would get them a minus five from me. Below are the details from my interactions, and I strongly recommend not to buy anything from them. If they are not a scam site, then the way they respond to customers who have paid upfront is close to frustrating and shows no care for their customers. The order was acknowledged immediately. The credit card was debited thereafter. The acknowledgement gave no details of the date of despatch or date of receipt of the order as all order acknowledgements do now. Thereafter on the next day I emailed them and got no reply. another reminder by email a day later reains unreplied to after six days. A reminder on day five also remains unreplied on day six. Three emails sent no reply or call received from the vendor. Day six has still has no reply to two emails and no information of a despatch being made, or when a delivery can be expected.The phone number given on the website was called several times and it has a message tbat asks you to send an email to the address given on the website. You cannot leave a message, nor a call back number.So my very serious recommendation is to not buy anything from them and stay away from any dealings with Staten Regimen of Staten Island ********.
