    Ordered the product and no tracking and still haven't be received and no answer from emails and calls sent. I want a refund at this point what horrible customer service

    On 11/23/2023 I went on the website of Staten Regimen order # ********************************************* the amount of $59.95. i received an automated email receipt of my purchase with the order number of *****.The company has yet to respond to emails or request for status updates on the order. When calling their customer service number ************ there is a recording stating they will respond via email , however they have failed to do so. The company has not provided a tracking number or any form of follow up on my order.

    We have received this order on Nov 22nd. Due to the holiday all of our orders placed since thanksgiving have been shipped out this morning, Monday Nov 27. I have contacted the customer to let them know of the tracking update. I will also include the link to the tracking below which will update its current status in the next ***** hrs as the package has just been dropped off at **** facility and is expected to arrive to the customer within the next 2-5 days. we apologize for any inconvenience or delays.
