Order placed 2/22/2025 for a total of $298.16. I first emailed the company on 4/7/2025 asking for an update. Received a reply stating they were getting caught up after a delay from Christmas and that my order was on the production sheet for the next week. I emailed again on 4/25 and 5/2, receiving the same response. On 5/8 I requested a rush shipping on the order and half of the amount to be refunded. I immediately received notification that $149.08 was refunded. I emailed for an update again on 6/24, company responded on 7/1 that the order was due to ship that week or early next week. On 7/16 I requested the order to be cancelled and a refund of the remaining $149.08. On 7/18 I received a response stating the refund will be processed and they will see if the order can still be shipped. Order a product on Feb 22, 2025 and have contacted the company multiple times, who stated the order will ship. Today received that said they were sorry, but no further action after we have contacted them multiple times. This references four items. My wife also had an order, called multiple times, after 9 months finally received products.Business Response

My team ordered from the Blatant Team store for the season in early April. My orders were April 9. We have not received any merchandise when they said 2-3 weeks. I have emailed but no return email at this time. Our season is basically over and no one got their apparel.Business Response

On March 9th, I placed an order for a Blatant National Lacrosse Cascade XRS Pro helmet for $399.99. Including shipping and taxes, the total came to $433.00. The purchase was made in anticipation of my sons upcoming tournament during Memorial Day Weekend (***** May) with the Blatant National Lacrosse Team in *******, ***Prior to the event, we were informed that the helmets would not be ready in time but were assured they would be shipped shortly afterward. Since early June, *** made multiple attempts to obtain a status update on the order, but Ive yet to receive any information regarding a projected shipping date. Most recently, Ive placed several calls on June 24th and 25th, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone.With another tournament scheduled in July and a Lacrosse ID camp in August, I would greatly appreciate any update on the status of this order so we can ensure my son has his helmet for these lacrosse events.Business Response

I’ve reached out repeatedly to both the Blatant Store and the organization’s Chief Executive Officer, but I have yet to receive any information regarding the expected ship date. While I appreciate the gesture of receiving a short- and long-sleeve t-shirt from the company, it has now been nearly five months since the original order was placed, and the lack of transparency regarding status of the order and follow-through is concerning.
If you’re able to update my complaint or escalate the matter further, I would be sincerely grateful.

Ordered from a team store set up by blatant on march 5, with an estimated delivery time of 5-6 weeks. It is not June 17th with no word of how long it is going to take. Every time we reach out, they blame the supplier and say they dont even have the blanks yet. We have tried to cancel the order, yet the refuse to do this for us. It is getting to the point where many team members are moving soon, and their shipping addresses will be different by the time the order arrives. I made an order on April 12, and it said please allow a couple of weeks for orders which I did it wasnt as crazy as other peoples orders it was only around 75 dollars but I cant reach them regarding my order I would like a refund its been like 10 weeks you call the number nobody picks up and they dont answer emails either very unprofessionalBusiness Response

I placed and order on March 24th, 2025. The business advertises that within ***** days the order will ship. Today it is June 4th and still order has not shipped. I have been communicating with the business through email and they have stated they would ship as soon as possible but nothing. Today I got an email stating Thank you so much for your ************** Truly sorry about our delay. Order was placed on March 1st. As of today June 3 still no shipment. They have refused to give me a refund on 3 separate occasions stating that my order would be shipped within the week of each refund request. This company is a total sham.
