    I recently received an order from blatant(merchandise that they designed for our sports team) and one of the sweatshirts was the incorrect size. I emailed the business 6 days ago(4 business days ago) and received and automated email stating that I should allow ***** hours for a reply. I have yet to receive any communication from the company about getting the correct size of sweatshirt.

    My son's lacrosse team in ******** had a team store opened through Blatant. We ordered 3 items on January 23rd, 2025, and my **** was charged immediately. The store was to close in mid-February and Blatant originally quoted 4-6 weeks after closing for processing and delivery. After 8 weeks, myself and other families within our team contacted Blatant wondering when our gear would be delivered. Blatant said they were super busy from the Xmas rush (it's now April) and our gear would be out ASAP. Nothing was delivered nor was there any communication initiated by the company. I contacted again in June and was told our clothing was the next to be processed. I asked for 50% of my money back which was completed to my satisfaction, expecting to receive our clothing ASAP. We finally received our items in late August, 6 months after the closing date of our original store. New issues = they sent the wrong hoodie for my wife, and the quarter zip, which would've fit my son when we ordered in January, is now too small for him following a growth spurt over the summer. The hoodie needs to be corrected as it's not what we ordered; I would hope for customer satisfaction they would want to correct the quarter zip as well. I contacted the company multiple times through their channels to resolve the issue, they have not responded at all to correct the situation. I'd like the corrected clothing and will be satisfied with that. If they will not fix their errors, I want the remainder of my money back.Note: My wife is a civilian employee of the *********************

    Order placed June 8, 2025 9 items totaling $359.73.Despite multiple follow-ups, the only response Ive received is we hope to ship it ******* has now been 3 months since I placed the order, and I have requested a refund five times with no reply. Emails are being ignored, and the phone number listed just rings without answer.This is unacceptable I need my order refunded immediately.

    I placed an order for a Tulane mens club lacrosse sweatshirt on 2/24. I reached out on 6/2 for a status update and they said there were some delays. Reached out on 7/31 and was told it will ship next week. I finally receive the item on 8/29 and it is a Tulane womens club lacrosse sweatshirt. I emailed them on 8/29 and received an automatic response that they would reach out in ***** hours. I emailed again on 9/4 and still havent heard anything. I have tried the phone number multiple times a day this week and no one picks up. I would like to speak to someone to get my money back but I cant get a hold of anyone.

    Ordered an item. Have not received item. Called no answer, emailed no response. Insane that this company has horrible communication. I have not received item but they took payment.

    On February 22, 2025, I placed an order for two team sweatshirts. It is August 18th and I STILL have not received my products. I emailed them twice and they assured me my order was being shipped.

    In march I placed an order through this company for team spirit wear (Hillsdale ***********). After about 6 weeks with no confirmation and no shipping info we reached out. They said there was a delay. Since that point, now 5 months later, more of the same. Product delay, we'll refund you, shipping soon, money back. But nothing. No money, no product, just more delays. I've been in contact with them bi-weekly for a month and half and still haven't made headway. We are not the only person, in fact dozens of families have not received their products totaling thousands of dollars. Something must be done.

    I placed an order in April and my items were just received. We were promised they would arrive before our dance teams nationals in July however that did not happen. 4 months later my items are received and I did not even receive the correct items. Nobody from the company reached out to let me know they were unable to fulfill one of the items so took it upon themselves to send a duplicate of another item rather than offering a refund or a different item in place. I asked on two different occasions for a refund of my entire order before they shipped it as the wait was extremely unacceptable and they denied me a refund. I will never place another order with this company. Completely unprofessional & unreliable after spending hundreds of dollars on items.

    I order a product as part of our dance business in April 2025 and have contacted the company multiple times for status on the order. They failed to respond or acknowledge the order delay and I tried to cancel. Today, I received a note that the order has shipped after 4 months of contacting the company and failing to receive a response. This company fails to acknowledge that they cannot fill orders and doesn't cancel or let anyone know. It's a terrible business practice.

    My team placed an apparel order in early March. Since April, I have repeatedly been assured that the orders would be delivered soon, but it is now six months later and no one on our team has received their items. We were also told that each customer would receive a partial refund, but those refunds have not been processed. Additionally, I was informed several times that the CEO, would contact me directly; however, I have yet to receive a call or any response to my email.
