    I don’t even know the person that they are leaving me voicemails for. If they show up to my home or place of employment I will press charges for harassment and have them forcibly removed from the premises.

    I agree with *****! They have rude people calling with automatic messages and then hang up. Stating they’ll be at your house on such day and then call the day of saying they’ll be there in an hour and expect you to be there to sign the paperwork and be served for lawsuits. Very unprofessional company and it how you go about getting money from someone. I promise you that.

    Horrible experience with this company!!! They left a threating voice-mail about showing up to my job and when I called to complain about it I was yelled at and hung up on multiple times!! Extremely bad customer service!!!

    I apologize for your experience, but our policy is to hang up the phone when we are being degraded, or the consumer is using derogatory statements towards us or other ethnicities.

    I understand they have a job to do to try and get money back for their companies, but to sit there and leave ugly voicemails threatening people to make they better be at home or at their job for when they show up to make you sign some type of paperwork. I don’t think so, that is not how you do things. Absolutely ridiculous!!

    We are required by law to send a document showing what we are calling for. All we are attempting to do is make sure that everything was received properly as required by law. We apologize if someone feels threatened by us attempting to make sure they have information we are required to provide.
