  Crystal T***** called my cell phone and left a message for a distant relative who lives in another state. She wanted to make my distant relative aware that she has a pending claim, and once it is filed, it becomes a public record. She went on to say in a voicemail that does not belong to the individual she is calling for that my distant relative's name and social security number are affiliated with this claim and that once it is filed, it becomes public record. The caller said my distant relative needed to contact the filing party before she appeared at her home and job with the documents. She then stated my relative has the right to contact the filing party at ** * * * * * * * * * * *.
  I called the number using *67 to block my number, and a voicemail said it was K P Asset Consulting. I am not an attorney, so I can't give legal advice, but I can tell you this type of activity is inappropriate for a collection agency.

  This company has called my phone number as well as my ex-husband‘s phone number for a debt they allege our daughter has. The person, David Adams-according to the message, did not state who they worked for and called themselves a location specialist.
  He further used legal jargon to try to intimidate me by stating he was required by law to notify me, and that he would come to my job or my home. He also stated that should he not be able to make contact with me there would be a filing against me. I called the number that was left in the voicemail and they claimed they don’t do things like that! I advised them that I am a law enforcement official, they were using fear and intimidation tactics and I wanted them to come to my job because I was going to arrest them for intimidation and harassment. Whoever this company is they need to be investigated. I almost believe that they are operating under a scam!

  This is the second time they have left a voice mail message on my phone for a family member. Nor do I know how they got my number. In their message, they do not disclose what company they represent or what legal paperwork they are trying to deliver. I'm glad it's not me they are trying to get in contact with. This feels very intimidating.
  This is Tom H***** giving a second call back in regards to legal notices that were sent over yesterday. Our call is to confirm that you received all correspondence and
  notification correctly and to make sure that you're aware you're on schedule for delivery. Because of the weekend, scheduled delivery will take place Monday out to the residence or workplace early afternoon. For any questions or concerns or discrepancies with
  timeframe of early afternoon for Monday. You will have to contact the filing party to see if there's an option to reschedule that. Number supported is ###-###-####. This will be second notification for scheduling delivery of legal paperwork out to the home Monday here upcoming early afternoon thank you.

  This company has left 2 different voicemails on my phone.
  1. The caller did NOT clearly identify who they were and what business they were calling from. 2. They did not clearly identify who they were attempting to contact. 3. Both messages were very aggressive and stated they would "show up at my place of employment or my home tomorrow". I only got the name of the company by calling the number back. The garbled first message sounded like it was for an ex-family member of mine, so this has nothing to do with me. When I attempted to call back, I was sent to VM. I left a message that they take my phone number of their call list and DO NOT call me again. It is very unprofessional to leave such a rude and aggressive message, when you are clearly not even calling the person that may owe you a debt, and even if someone owes you a debt, threatening messages are completely uncalled for.

  I don’t even know the person that they are leaving me voicemails for. If they show up to my home or place of employment I will press charges for harassment and have them forcibly removed from the premises.

  Calling my phone number, leaving harassing and threatening voicemails for someone that I do not even know is too much. I even have my name in my voicemail recording. Extremely unprofessional and I finger one more phone call from this number, I will file a lawsuit!

  Contacted me about a debt for a family member. Left a message with my wife as well. The woman on the phone yelled at my wife and hung up. I called back to speak with a supervisor. He stayed if you have a problem with it call the federal government. He also raised his voice with me and hung up as well. Not sure what their end goal was. I stated I would pass the number along. Harassing and yelling at an individual with whom you are not even trying to contact is an odd way to do business, and shows the lack of professionalism your employees have.

  Called leaving me a threatening voicemail. I don’t even know who this company is. Absolutely disgusting. They need to maybe check and double check who they are calling. Making comments like “we will be at your residence tomorrow” doesn’t sit well with me. Show up and we’re gonna have some issues because the police will be there as well.

  This company is the worst with dealing with customers. They have called my job several times over and over threatening me harassing me , being very rude saying if I don't call them within a couple hours they will show up to my home or job and make me sign some type of paperwork due to me flat out refusing to pay the debt. I have a cousin who is a lawyer and has reviewed all recorded calls and things said and threatened. I have filed a police report against the company and also have file a civil suite for the harassment, I have hired a lawyer and all. Cause this has to be stopped. Its a way to be nice and kind to someone even more to the point where they would actually benefit from and having more people set up payments and wanting to take care of their accounts.

  Horrible! When I called to see who they were, the guy that answered was very rude and hung up in my face. Also left a threatening voicemail for me to call before they show up at my home and job about signing some papers. I informed my job to call the authorities because this is harassment at this point.
