      I paid $450 for an SAT prep course with Atlas Test Prep and immediately encountered multiple red flags. The initial receipt came in a foreign language, and the ********* ***** account provided for access to the course did not work. The service that was advertised was never actually delivered.
      When I requested a refund, the business confirmed in writing that it would be processed and later stated that it had been submitted and would appear three days later. No refund was ever received. When I followed up, the only response from the business was a dismissive message telling me to “notify your bank,” without any proof that a refund had been processed.
      In addition to the refund issue, Atlas Test Prep’s online presence raises further concerns. Their ******** page shows over 13,000 likes, yet posts receive almost no genuine engagement. The only accounts that consistently interact are Atlas Jacob, Ja ***, and Jacob *******—a profile that publicly claims to own a dog-walking business in Atlanta, GA, which has no apparent connection to Buffalo test preparation services. Page Transparency also shows the ******** page is managed from Portugal, not New York.
      Based on my experience, Atlas Test Prep failed to deliver the purchased service, did not honor their promised refund, and operates with highly questionable online practices. I urge other families to exercise extreme caution before doing business with this company.

      We have helped thousands of students prepare for all admissions exams for 19 years. Portugal is where an employee of ours lives and teaches international students and manages the website. The refund shows that it was processed to the card that it was paid with. We can not hold students accountable for their attendance and effort.

      Took my money and disappeared. The website said classes would start last week. I called last week, and some dude who never introduced himself, but who I must assume is the owner said that was their mistake but that someone would reach out before the real start date.
      Well, no one did. And, mind you, for the past months they have been sending non-stop marketing emails, but not a single one with substance. And when it came time to provide substance, well...
      When I called to get info no one answered, but the VM said to text. I texted saying we have no idea where to go and are starting to wonder if this program even exists or if we've been screwed out of $500?! He texted back that he was kicking us out of the program.
      It is quite obvious this man either had no teacher or didnt have enough students to start on the real date, so he pushed it back a week. When he still could not deliver, he kicked us out rather than admit his failure.
      He further defamed me, posting on ****** that I am profane, and that is why we were refunded. This is an outright lie. We have barely even spoken.

      Hello. We had an issue with the building and were unable to start last week. We are looking to start this week and make sure that you get all of your hours in before your exam date. And there was no post on any website about you. And I believe your tutor reached out to you to schedule a meeting place for Sunday.
