    CDM Management is the management company hired by the HOA of my condo community and they hired ***************** LLC to cut and repair dry wall in mine, and 3 other units in the condo building. I was forced out of my unit, which is owned by my boyfriend ***** ******, by the situation. I was told by CDM Management owner, Debbie, that the we would only have to be gone for 3 days, but informed by the contractor that the job would take about 2 weeks. We were told we could move back in while the contractor waits for permits from Clark County, get inspected, then work could be completed. The contractor showed up one day after I returned from a week of hospitalization for a major illness. When Mr. ****** and I decided to return to our home, because there was no known date for permits, we returned to our unit to find a toxic mess. The tile and carpet floors are covered in plaster dust. Every piece of furniture, walls, counters from the entrance to the bathroom are covered in plaster dust. I attempted to get Debbie, of CDM Management to hire a cleaning crew to clean so that we could return. At first she said it was possible and get permission from the HOA board and then schedule an appointment. I gave her the name of a cleaning company, Two Moms Housekeeping, that had already given me an estimate to deep clean/sanitize the unit and when passing the information onto CDM Management, Debbie stated that they will not pay for a cleaning crew to come in until the job was completed. Debbie was made aware that in October 2021, I had to be taken to the ER 3 times in two weeks and on the 3rd time I was admitted for a week due to extreme blood loss. Debbie was also made aware that I am disabled. She is aware that I cannot walk without use of a cane due to osteoarthritis in both knees, also osteoarthritis in both hands, and that I am asthmatic. Complaint #******** is related to this matter.

    Useless company cannot get anything done and lies about it. Waiting to get jacuzzi repaired at *** ***** for months now was told in board meeting firm would be hired that was a lie weeks ago no action taken this problem has been ongoing for 4 or 5 months fix my jacuzzi now !!

    The Board of Directors have been working very hard to get the situation rectified. The Board has also directed management to provide updates through email blasts. The Board and I recognize that some owners may become upset or impatient, but we are at the mercy of the vendors. The ultimate goal of the board is to get the back spa up and running, even though there is another spa on property for owners to use.
